I don't know why he would ever choose such a flimsy material for his shirt. It just screams, "I'm going to fly up to your armpits every time you move." At least, he wore the undershirt but still there could have been SO many better choices.

Kruglov has been a surprising stand-out this year, his previous finishes at Junior Worlds were 24th and 22nd. This is why I love watching juniors - the skaters can improve so much in just one season.

Wonderful skate from Seo! He has always had excellent skating skills, but his presentation style has matured a lot over the last couple of seasons; he is really able to bring out the nuances in the music now.

Minkyu definitely has the potential to channel all of the best melodrama and passion that we get from Cha - but only if he starts choosing less traditional, classical music. He really needs to go outside that box and give us more interesting music choices.

Beautiful 3A by Leon! Unfortunately this was followed by a 2Lz+3T so qualifying for the FS will be tough.

Zhao competed in a Challenger Series comp. this past fall - fell on his 3A but quality skating, yes. IIRC, Mark mentioned Jean-Luc Baker choreographed his SP?
