ChtWoz - 3tw - low & bit crashy on the landing; SBS 3t - nice; SBS 2a+1a+1a - also nice; throw 3f - bit pitched forward on the landing but fine otherwise; first lift - good; throw 3s - two-footed landing, may have brushed her hand on the ice too; choreo seq - alright; FIDS - cool entrance; second lift - nice; last lift - good; combo spin - pretty decent. Well, probably the best FS they've had all season, so good for them.

Ioulia skating for Poland and still spelling her last name as "Chtchetinina" is just a missed opportunity. A nation that has a toponym "Wrzeszcz" really could have done so much with it.

Still work to do to get the technical difficulty, and consistency up, but I really enjoy their chemistry, and pacing of their performance.

For some reason it always flashes me back to Chock/Zuerlein's first junior season before they'd accomplished anything. I remember seeing it at Nats and she did the most beautiful layback spin with Greg kind of skating around her.

It is not law to change their name any more we changed it in 1997.

And usually it was the Icelandic name that they were named from their birth country, or at least if they wanted that.

I didn't see the Icelandic teams SP, but she has some nice lift positions and lines. Those can't be taught. You have them or you don't. They need to up their technical content, but with more training, they are going to move up the ranks.
