So I never post in Politically Incorrect, I only like to post about skaters and their programs. I don't care about political views or sexual orientation, or even the drama that folks like to talk about on this board. I could expand on this but I won't because my personal life is my own and I have been around skating a very long time so I don't think my views will ever change. Sorry, for being a bit cryptic here but I just wanted to say that I don't like to judge skaters for anything but their skating.
I loved this event here, it was a fun time seeing so many different types of programs. I was thinking that some of the teams will go to the Olympics with zero pressure on them, I am sure they will have a glorious time. For the ones who have enormous pressure to win, it will be great but different. My heart goes out to them. I would imagine it is wonderful for skaters who aren't at the top to receive a fantastic audience response because they had a program the audience could get into. Whether it's campy or classical. I am glad we have these kind of skaters. I am also glad we have skaters like F-B/C who for a fan like me, loves to see truly beautiful skating, gliding across the ice so effortlessly. Can't wait for the Olympics!
