Same. They just can't do a background check as when you go ahead to enter your information, you can't enter anything outside Canada as an address and location. Skate Canada told me in an email reply they just aren't seeking non-Canadian volunteers right now. So hopefully they'll keep in touch with us!
Usually we use the event ticket to get into that day’s practices if there any at the main arena. Most will probably be at the practice rink Wed-Sat.
That's my assumption. My tickets arrived yesterday and I also have "dummy" tickets for the first two days before the events start.
I don’t think the dummy tickets are to be used for anything. There are separate Monday and Tuesday tickets for those practice days.
Yes, I saw the M/T tickets..the dummy tickets were after the Exhibition tickets. Just confused.

Per the above posts, single-session tix are going on sale this week. They remain on sale until they sell out.
It looks like they are single-day, but multiple session, tickets.
I suspect that we are too many months away to expect any sort of exact schedule.
