Nik Sorensen screwed up again like I predicted, hopefully skate canada sends lala to worlds they are now one of the best teams in the world, i`m sure they would have killed this comp.

What a talent Peter Beaumont is. Curious how Carol Lane got wind of him. Assuming through her UK connections.

Assume Makita and Gunara have retired? Or serious injury.

Hello everyone! As many of you know, the week before Sheffield, Paul dislocated his shoulder in practice. We managed to modify few things in our programs and pushed through the week to compete and we are really proud of us for doing that! Unfortunately, Paul needs another surgery for his shoulder. After a long time of reflection, we took the hard decision of withdrawing from our Canadian nationals. It’s a heartbreaking decision, but it is the best thing to do for our future and long term goal. We are more than thankful for the support of our coaches (@iceacademyofmontreal), patinage Quebec(@patinageqc)and patinage canada(@skate_canada), we can’t thank you enough! We are already looking forward to compete next season!
Paul will get his surgery on December 28th! Let’s all wish him a nice and really really fast rehab!😉 you got this!

So sad for me as this is the team I wait anxiously for to see their new programs each yr. and to watch them compete. But using the shoulder right now is just tempting fate. This is the for sure the right decision and I will have to watch reruns to see their programs this year. Fingers crossed all goes smooth.

Paul's shoulder surgery was yesterday and his latest Instagram story shows his left arm in a sling with caption "Surgery went very smoothly ... back home now for recovery."

Behiel/Behiel are listed as WD from the Senior Rhythm Dance at Nationals as of 12/22/22 (12 teams are scheduled to compete the RD on Friday, Jan. 13, 2023): https://cssterminalserv.skatecanada.ca/results/23CDNSeniorDanceRD1SO.pdf
