It does it by itself. A perfect fire red will be ginger in about 4 washings if the base is dark blonde to medium brown.

This program works really well. Easily the best thing she's ever done.

Bonus: if you squint she looks like Leonova.

I like the program too. And she's relaxed about all of this. Eteri seems to be too. A fall on a fully rotated 3A all season in the short isn't going to put her out of contention if she's landing 3+ quads in the free skate. That jump was huge-- she will get it eventually when it counts.

I swear she has a mental block against that 3A in competition. She's doing it in practice 10/10 attempts. That must be so frustrating. If I were them, I wouldn't do it first. It's her timing.

On the other hand, maybe leaving it till later makes her feel like she's got it hanging over her the whole time.

I don't understand why NBC can't invest in the score tracker or the Canadians for that matter. Russia uses it for their domestic competitions so it can't be that expensive.

Yeoung Jeong Park nails her jumps. Lovely spins as well, but her speed is lacking. Still, on tech will be close to the leader.

I actually like when it isn't there. I find it distracting for me and then I'm always trying to figure out how much the score will drop. The surprise of the scores appearing (like with 6.0) is more fun

I think Prasad’s jumps would be better if she had more speed - but she does pay attention to choreo, I liked watching her better than some of the others ahead of her.

Nice to see a country like Ecuador getting a competitor here. Not a great skate for Ona, but a reminder at how we take for granted how much these athletes make skating look so easy when the opposite is true.

Trusova practiced her 3A with very little speed and lands them easily. In competition she has a little bit more speed and tries to muscle them. She should try them in the short and long all season and it would become second nature for her.
She could do what Surya did. Start the program with an axel with no speed

Surprisingly close, due to Sasha yet again falling on 3ax attempt...but also the exquisite content and style of Korea’s Park, in 2nd. My, what a gazelle! A bunch of truly captivating performances tonight! Izzo...Venetta - VENETTA!

I’m looking forward to all performances tomorrow.

Popping in to say that I love Trusova's SP. I was skeptical when I saw her music announcements, but I love how the program flows. She really takes her time and her presentation is much improved even over last year's SP when I first took note that she wasn't just a jumper.
