2021 Cranberry Cup Senior Women SP

Ok - dress of the day award for Heidi!
No way. Millennial pink is so 2-3 seasons ago. I have to admit, during the warm up which kept freezing (a sign of things to come in this last flight), I mistook her for Mariah - similar coloring and build and this is the sort of dress I expected on Mariah with her announced SP music. 🤷‍♀️

But, she is landing the jumps today and will certainly push Zingas out of the penultimate flight and probably push Schizas out of the final flight.

Is this Heidi sending a message to Ross? :EVILLE:

Best dressed of the comp. Good job on the jumps but will need a 3/3 in the free to get the USFSA's attention.

Oh, well, Munger didn't push Schizas out of the last group! And I was right that You would make the final flight.

I love this color on Izzo!

Oops a popped flip and a fall on the lutz so I think Schizas is safely in the final flight for the free now.

Izzo trying to harness that Osmond magic to get to the Olympics.

EDIT: And big pop, well, that's something Kaetlyn would definitely do early in the season.
And it isn’t working, all I see is Osmond and her amazing presence and jumps.

EDIT2: Fall + combo, Kaetlyn would also do that early in the season, there's still hope!
I think the hard splat on the 3Z was way more a tribute to Osmond than the pop. I can’t think of a time when she ever popped something into a single lol.

LOL @ the folks in the stands mostly getting up to take a walk rather than wait around for Izzo's scores.

Whoa! Totally nailed her general placement. Just .19 and 2 spots behind Gracie.

I think her masterpiece skates at 2015 SCI had a few singles in there.

I think she all wished she had singled things. I seem to recall about five falls in a row on attempted triples.
Alysa beat Mariah on PCS....
Was just about to post that. Pretty definitively as well. That would not have happened a year ago with the same skates put out on the ice. Mariah has given back any PCS boost she’d built up with what happened at nationals last year.
