Finally! I've been checking all morning.Poland JGP entries are up
I had to look up that one when I saw it.
Will RUS switch Kanysheva still in?
She looked decent at the test skates.
What is going on here?
I'd guess the ice dance podium will be three of these four (with the Americans obviously in first, most likely by a lot):
Makita/Gunara
Demougeot/Le Mercier
Davis/Smolkin
Nguyen Kolesnik
Sorry to hear that. This JGP ice dance season is extremely boring for me
Ah, totally missed that. Thanks. She's assigned to JGP#3.
Not as much as the last few years. I expect the level of the teams this year to be way lower. U/N are probably out which is sad.Sorry to hear that.Guess you won't be watching then.
Yeah, I don't think it's great sign that they currently aren't listed for anything, with only one JPG with pairs left. They are subs, so they still could be switched in, but still.I lose track of which Russian skater/team is where as they do so many changes.I just wait and see who shows up at the first four events. They frequently use the last three for the 2nd event of the medalists at the previous four. You really need a spreadsheet to keep up with all the manipulations and machinations going on. I'm getting a little worried that K/I have injured themselves.

And their free skate at the test skates looked like a world title program. Of course, they can still go to Russian junior nationals and worlds, but I wanted a JGPF title for them...Yeah, I don't think it's great sign that they currently aren't listed for anything, with only one JPG with pairs left. I'm still hoping that they will be subbed into the last two events. The switches at JGP Russia were probably done after the entries for the JGP Poland. Clearly the FS wasn't ready at the test skates.....And their free skate at the test skates looked like a world title program. On USFS' newly updated International Assignments page, Anastasiia Smirnova & Danylo Siianytsia have been added as the one pair for JGP #4 in RUS (this will be their international debut together) and everyone on the ISU entries list, except for Emilia Murdock, is now listed for JGP #5 in POL (1st JGP of the season for Dinh Tran and the 2nd JGP for Liu, Dunk, Nguyen/Kolesnik & Ales/Tsarik).My guess is that Murdock and Ales/Tsarik likely are provisional assignments depending on how they perform in Lake Placid (USFS' International Assignments page is not updated yet with names for JGP POL).
