Utah v. Tyler Robinson: Robinson’s defense attorneys are fighting to have the video of Charlie Kirk’s killing be blocked as evidence for the trial, as well as all cameras to be removed from the courtroom.

New York v Luigi Mangione: Mangione had an outburst, yelling “Double Jeopardy!”, during a hearing about the state case.
I’m starting to become relieved that New York doesn’t allow cameras in their courtrooms.

His Wikipedia article has tables that do a good job of showing all of his charges in the federal case, New York, and Pennsylvania.
I figured that the murder charges would probably be dropped at the federal level. The stalking charges would be at the federal level because they involved crossing state lines.
Assuming the case doesn’t get dismissed, Mangione getting charged for state crimes in Pennsylvania was for his own stupidity. If he had just surrendered (and then insisted on getting a lawyer), they probably would have just transferred him to New York and not even bothered with their own firearm charges. But he apparently thought it would be a good idea to lie to law enforcement and even forge his name.
