Seniuk looks quite young, like a junior skater.

totally! It seems to me like very few skaters really feel and understand music. Some are in the sport for the athletic component and muscial interpretation doesn't interest them. Others try to work on that aspect but it clearly doesn't come naturally to them. It makes it all the more special when you get a skater who really does feel and interpret the music, no matter what their level of jumping ability may be.
Truth. I had a whole conversation about this, and how the crowd can feel it when the skater really feels the music, with Bekker/Hernandez' coach. Yeah I agree with you, it's roughly those three categories. The ones who don't even try, the ones who try to work on it but just aren't naturally gifted performers.... and then those few for whom the music just flows through the soul and watching them perform their art is a real gift.It seems to me like very few skaters really feel and understand music. I missed that - what's her passport situation? The uncertainty over her passport can't be helping Mariia. Unfortunately, I fear her probable placement here isn't going to motivate anyone to push the passport through. I hope i'm wrong and she is able to compete in Milan.
Spours had spinal surgery for a herniated disc (!) last June - I've been posting about her unbelievable comeback in the British News thread in GSD, including 2 articles today: https://www.fsuniverse.net/forum/th...s-2022-and-beyond.109770/page-14#post-6872147what is Kristen's injury
it was a treat - including a partial SO from the crowdI'm just back from a physio appointment - I was watching the results on the ISU app and will have to go back and see Josefin's skate - I was cheering for her!!!
Looks like some kind of tape on both sides, and that fall can't have helpeddoes she have an injury on her upper leg? very red there....
oh she is in tears, poor girl

She doesn't yet have it. She has citizenship but getting the passport is an additional layer of bureaucracy.I missed that - what's her passport situation?

Thanks. I hope she can get it in time - it would be a shame to miss on the Olympics simply due to bureaucratic issues. She doesn't yet have it. She has citizenship but getting the passport is an additional layer of bureaucracy.

Fantastic old school skating skills with great flow, great teknik. LOVE IT! Only wish she had started performing a bit earlier as it was a VERY focused skate until the jumps were done. But I guess it paid off technically.
Maybe I raphsodize about it every time)
