This sounds logical. More information needs to come up, and it will, as the investigation progresses.
I never believed that Israel would attack a hospital because they follow the rules of war. Mistakes are possible in a war, but based on what I am reading, it does not sound like Israel was involved in the explosion at the hospital.
Sadly the Islamic nations drew their conclusions instantaneously, without a thought, that Israel did it. Sadly their people will continue to believe what they first heard.
I wonder if the UN can create a neutral body to investigate what really happened?
Although I believe in what the US has found, the world may not believe their findings because they are an ally of Israel. I think a neutral body needs to investigate it fully.
I also feel that the 'bad timing' may not have been a coincidence.
ETA- to be fair, it may or may not have been coincidental. We don't know yet.
