your body might react differently, but Ive been having 12 hour intermittent fasting for 10+ years now, I have tried eating more than salmon at parties and I get LBM when I eat too much, my body already knows this as eating only fish for dinner is my routine.Um ... I say this as someone who has suffered from eating disorders in the past and still struggle ... get help. If you are only taking in liquid for breakfast you are not starting your day off with the proper nutrients. Better to eat a solid breakfast and eat less for dinner if you want to watch your weight.
