I took it as a bit of light hearted fun. YMMVThere are clean jokes and there are jokes meant to hurt others.

To ensure a level playing field at the Winter Olympic Games in PyeongChang, the WADA Athlete Committee also stresses the importance of applying strict criteria and standards by the panel created to determine the eligibility of any Russian Athletes permitted to compete under the neutral flag.
Barb, you're killing me.
Lov these two versions and fully approve.![]()
This is also this charmer: https://youtu.be/3scgW-aghr4?t=21
I think there referring to adequate out of competition testing to demonstrate that an athlete is clean. Either that or there talking about nothing - it's hard to figure out 'public relations' speak sometimes. What are they saying here?
This one has Kolyada written all over it - he could totally pull off the facial expressions.
What were you looking for? There might be away around it.It was doing it all day yesterday too. Rather annoying as I wanted to double-check some stats but all of the pages are down.
Paying the bills of the people who banned them? It wants Russia to pay for the Schmid Commission! Do they really think that’s going to happen? Maybe they will. Maybe Russia and putin will do Total 180. Lol. The other thing is this extreme - really extreme- screening processs for all athketes. Wada and dsfu. I say wada person on panel doesn’t vote for one Russian athlete to compete.I haven't seen any posts concerning this part of the statement (I could have missed them). As I read it, there is a chance Russia could enter the Closing Ceremony as a Russian Team with flags, anthems (conceivably), uniforms etc. - a chance to be a Russian team all together. That's all IF they do everything the IOC requires of them, including the $15 million dollars. It seems like it's suppose to be a carrot along with the stick.
I wonder if there is any chance this will happen.

I bet they want no one who doesn’t train in North America to be banned! I think they want the Klishina standard for all Russians. What are they saying here?
If as per usual ntv and c1r could air it but right now there is no broadcaster in Russia yet. Russia always split cost three ways! It would be down to two unless they find replacement for All Russia TVThank-you Suzi Sunshine.
Thank God for You-Tube
Are there stations who will carry the Olympics that Russians can tune into?
There you go.Ice dance GPF qualification table.
The ISU is very predictable with their urls - once you know the pattern and the short forms you can find many of the results from previous competitions.Cheers!

yeah, it sounds more like "be careful who you invite" sort of thing.
@Amantide
NBC Olympics has posted a list of some of the most likely medal contenders from Russia that will likely be allowed to compete (ie. no doping violations). I think there's quite a few more than they listed, but it's good to know who else to watch out for other than the figure skaters. They also posted an article of US athletes' reactions to the ban - although not a lot of athletes were interviewed for it.
Well then . . .
And imagine a step sequence to this: https://youtu.be/a0fTVnhg7S0?t=69
And this is quaint: https://youtu.be/9g1UMDTo154?t=72
Wait, Klibova are in doubt here and no Ice dance team at all, or men?
I would give a +3 GOE to anyone who can skate this.![]()
I am sorry you have to mock a girl who has done nothing wrong to the sport yet might not get the chance to go to Olympic due to bad deeds by other people. I am sorry you have to say that just to show how satisfied you feel when the innocent suffer.I am sorry you didn't get my joke. I am surprised you have time to read threads other than bashing Shoma and Miyahara.
These were medal contenders. Are any men or dance teams really medal contenders? Is Stolbova and Klimov really medal contenders?
Maybe the author just forgot all about Stolbova klomkv and it wasn’t a commentary on their poor worlds 2017Yes, they are. As much as T&M. Do you know smth I don't?
I know my view will not be popular, but I believe that the IOC failed the sport today. The sanctions should have been more severe. At the very least Russian athletes should not have been allowed to participate in team events. This will be perceived by some very powerful people as only a slap on the wrist. Russia's attitude to doping and winning at all costs will be the death of clean sport and could cause irreparable harm to many athletes in the future.
I could actually see a dance team rocking it.Was going to post this....I think Tarasova/Morosov, short program!

If the fans/audience wave Russian flags, the IIC can't do anything to stop that. If I was in the arena, I would wave my tiny Russian flag too.
