Oh?Sui & Han are doing Hallelujah? The soft, slow, romantic, beautiful music that others have done. Aljona and Bruno are doing something with fire and passion (also with personality and the sex from the clips so far).
Okay then.
Swan Lake for Yu/Zhang could be breathtaking IMO. She's such a lovely skater and they have what it takes to pull it off.

We've definitely gotten fancam videos from the Chinese test skates in the past, including last year I think. But perhaps they will be more strict in the Olympic season. (If so--boo!!![]()
I will hate it if we have to wait all the way to the Grand Prix to see programs for the first time!!)
I totally respect your devotion to the glorious diva that is Savchenko. That said, since I love Sui/Han, I have to say after their brilliant Spanish flamenco SP and the modernity of Blues for Klook (a program everyone else seemed to love), I think they're allowed a Hallelujah. Plus, Hallelujah can be quite powerful as evidenced by Hubbell/Donohue.

And we all know that Bruno is all sex and passion. But yes, I am disappointed with Hallelujah.
Chinese test skates are this week, according to Twitter these are music choices so far:
Sui/Han
SP: Hallelujah
Yu/Zhang
SP: Swan Lake
Peng/Jin
SP: Tango
Boyang Jin

Zijun Li
SP: East of Eden

Maybe she wasn't comfortable chreographing with the arcane rules of ice dancing under the IJS. Has she ever choreographed for other ice dance teams? Whatever, it will be a step above anything Morozov would create. Let's just hope he doesn't change it too much during the season.
Why all that flack towards Morozov programs from people here?![]()
I like most of his programsAranjuez LP was the best program of Weaver / Poje in the last couple of years imo.
It is not everyday that you hear someone called a slimey old goat,I would agree with most of it, but you also forgot to add that he is slimey old goat
I will give Morosov credit for coming up with that crazy Ghost FD for I/K without the ghost part. I mean, mouthing words of dialogue (before it was trendy), having Nikita act out "Hey, you!" and then getting shot with Elena miming "help, he's been shot!" and then leading to that overwrought, and yet insipid ballad from the musical for the final footwork sequence. That was probably the last time (and probably first time) he was actually thinking outside the box. On paper, the concept is actually pretty solid with showcasing how much the couple was in love and then killing one of them off and having to deal with the immediate aftermath. It's just what he actually choreographed and made Elena and Nikita do was the problem. Program was still empty, like every other program he does, and had a dance spin that never ended for some reason.
eurovision songs are only 3minutes, or? so it's to assume it's the SP.Crossposting from Scandinavian news thread:
Sondre Oddvoll Bøe is skating one of his programs to "Silent storm" sung by Norwegian artist Carl Espen. AND it's in fact the Norwegian Eurovision entry from 2014Not sure if it's his SP or FS. How many Eurovision programs do we have?

the music is not bad, a shame bøe's skating is not living up to it.
If anyone notices any significant program music or choreographer info missing from the 2017-18 programs spreadsheet, please post in that thread and include a source link if possible: https://www.fsuniverse.net/forum/th...formation-event-schedule-spreadsheets.101188/
Now that summer competition videos are multiplying fast, it's getting harder to keep up!![]()
Oh yes Radio!Elena Radionova
FP: "Historia de un Amor", choreographed by Shae-Lynn Bourne
Maria Sotskova
SP: Waltz from "Swan Lake", choreographed by Peter Tchernyshev

Looks like this. Buyanova doesn't say that it Masha's new long program but she admits that she (Masha) has grown up since last season as her program - Moonlight by Debussy - requires it.Does the interview say that her LP is Moonlight by Claude Debussy?

Wow. If Sotskova's skating isn't sleep inducing enough...
