Snow for me too! How long does it last?

The only regular cat I'm missing is Peaches and he/she hasn't even stopped by to visit. I'm up to 57 visits by Socks with no memento. Eight of the special cats have visited but I haven't received any mementos yet.

Still having fun though! :lol:
 
The snow is lovely, as is the new song :)

We've got visits from all of the special cats (and Peaches) now apart from Frosty - we've had nothing but pillows and the blizzard tent out, plus sashimi and other fancy foods for days. Still nothing. Frosty, don't leave us hanging!
 
:shuffle: He visited me! (5th visit!) He's only ever used the snowy pillow for me, though I've read he likes the blizzard tent and the sakura pillow.

My :cheer: is that because I put the oven out, Guy Furry gave me his memento (20 visits).

Have you tried Sashimi for the food? I can only get him to come with Sashimi.
 
Frost finally visited last night!! Now we've had a visit from all of the rare cats, so time to try and get the rest of those mementos now.
 
I'm up to 40 and 44 visits from Sunny and Spots and no memento...

No sign of Rascal either. Such a rascal.
 
I've had Kathmandu a few times, never needed anything fancier than Ritzy Bits for him. He played with the Temari ball each time. No memento yet though.

Rascal has come 4 times for me, visiting the kotatsu, the choochoo, and the art deco cat tree.
 
Yeah! I received my memento from Socks today after 64 visits. The cute little mittens were well worth the wait. ;)

Rascal was one of my first visitors (no memento yet) and has stopped in 10 times. The red rubber ball, green cushion and heating stove have been his/her favorite items.

Socks has been a very busy kitty! He left me mittens too.

So I gave up on Kathmandu for now and have been trying to see Billy the Kitten. No sign of him so far but it was awfully cute when a different cat was under the hat :lol:

Same here, though allegedly he also likes the lacquered bowl (no luck on that one, though I love some Bolt curled up in that thing)

He's been a big fan of the choo choo and the cardboard house for me, if that helps anyone.

I know! So ugly with no cat, but so cute with (both in and under)
 
I love how the cats look with the hat! Billy the Kitten dropped by and left me his memento today, too.

I'm putting a bunch of Rascal's favorites out in hopes of a visit....the silver fish ones, in any case. Saving for the remodel so I'm saving my gold fish for that.
 
I have been playing it now for a couple weeks... I like that it's such a simple thing and you don't have to invest a ton of time into it and it's so cute! I just got Rascal today!! Still no Peaches yet and lots of rare ones that I am still working on. I've expanded and look forward to being able to remodel at some point but am going to concentrate on getting the rare guys first. Lots of fun :)
 
So after no visits by Billy the Kitten while I had good food out (since Monday night), he came 3 times when I was sleeping and had the free stuff out. :lol:

Also Mr Meowgi finally visited the sakura cushion which I've had out for most of the week. But at least that was when I woke up in the middle of the night so I got a photo.
 
I finally broke down and converted silver for the zen remodel. I like it a lot, but somehow the stupid cat metropolis looks even more out of place on it! I'm not surprised, but :wuzrobbed anyway :). At least it's Peaches' favourite hangout for me.

@love skating, I think you have a good plan to start early on the rare kitties.

Frosty finally came last night! Yay!!! And while I was awake too, so I was able to get a picture! Thanks for the suggestion of the snowy pillow, TygerLily, that's where she/he went.

Peaches came back again last night too (to the bureau with pots) but I missed her. That's okay, I've got some other pictures of her.
 
Peaches finally came again for the first time in a couple of weeks so I got another picture of her since I only had one of her in the orange cube. She visited the glass vase. I haven't been able to get any more mementos from the rare kitties or Peaches yet though which is a bit frustrating. I'd really like to be able to change out my toys.
 
It took me the longest time to get a photo of Pepper that showed his eyes. Whenever he showed up he was either asleep, or under the cowboy hat, or with his back faced to me. :angryfire I felt very satisfied when I finally got a picture of his heterochromia :lol:
 
^ And also probably very satisfied that it gives you an opportunity to use "heterochromia" in a sentence. :D :p

After not seeing Tubbs for several days, he's currently sleeping off his 3rd gorge of the day in my yard. What an oinker.
 
Tubbs has been gorging out in my yard on a very regular basis - I think 5 times or so in the last 24 hours.
 
I received my first rare memento from Bob. He visited a few times when the metropolis was inside. Today I moved it outside and he showed up soon after with his gift. I also had my first visit from Peaches after putting out the Tiramisu Cube. Unfortunately, her back was to me so I only have a picture from behind. :lol:
 
I haven't seen Tubbs in days. Today has been a very slow day for visitors. I need to expand and nobody wants to give me gold!

I'm pretty proud of myself for figuring out how to use the password.

I haven't been able to figure out whether we need to be connected to the internet for the game. Obviously we do to receive and send passwords, or buy fishies, but I've read on a couple of other boards that the game doesn't otherwise need connection. Yet the kitties seem to more or less stop their comings and goings when I'm not connected.

Has anyone else figured this out?
 
I've noticed that my game shuts down if I'm not connected. It didn't work on a plane for me.
