Where can I find TES qualification minimums for this season?

So far with the revised IJS for 2018-19 (and apart from senior men and pairs' program free skate time reductions and elements being reduced), how will the ISU determined TES minimums for Junior Worlds, Worlds, Europeans, and Four Continents this season?

2019 ISU Championships minimum technical element scores are supposed to be published in an ISU Communication in October 2018 (link will be posted as a separate thread in GSD for visibility).

THey are likely waiting to have enough statistics / data from JGP and early Challenger Events to determine the new minimuns. That's why the delay till October.

Good point.

What's fascinating, is that Kostornaia's scores are comparable to last season. Whereas some of the lower - ranked skaters who competed during the 2017/18 season, are getting scores far lower this year.

Currently, championship minimums have to be met 21 days before the start of the competition. This season:
  • Euros: January 21
    • Last qualifying internationals for seniors:
      • Golden Spin of Zagreb (December 5-8, Ladies, Men, Pairs, and Dance) Challenger Series
        • Entry deadline: October 14
        • Limits: one each Ladies, Men, Dance and two Pairs
      • Christmas Cup (November 29-December 2, Ladies, Men, and Dance)
        • No announcement yet
      • Open d'Andorra (November 28-December 2, Ladies, Men, Pairs, and Dance) non-Challenger Series
        • No announcement yet, but last year, for the November 22-26 2017 competition, the entry deadline was October 15. Perhaps it will be a week later, since the 2018 event is a week later. Limit was two/discipline for seniors in 2017.
  • 4C's: February 4-10
    • Last qualifying internationals for seniors:
      • Edu Sport (January 9-12, Ladies and Men)
      • Mentor Torun Cup (January 8-12, Ladies, Men, and Dance)
      • Golden Spin of Zagreb (December 5-8, Ladies, Men, Pairs, and Dance)
  • Jr. Worlds (March 4-10)
    • Last qualifying internationals for juniors:
      • Bavarian Open (February 5-10, Ladies, Men, Pairs, and Dance)
      • Sofia Trophy (February 5-10, Ladies and Men)
      • Nordics Open/Nordics (February 6-10, Ladies and Men)
      • Dragon Trophy/Tivoli Cup (February 7-10, Ladies and Men)
  • Worlds (March 18-24)
    • Last qualifying internationals for seniors:
      • Cup of Tyrol (February 25-March 3, Ladies, Men, and Pairs)
      • Challenge Cup (February 21-24, Ladies, Men, and Pairs)
      • TallinK Hotels Cup (February 20-24, Ladies, Men, and Dance)
While many of the Federations aiming for Jr. Worlds send at least one skater to JGP, this year, they won't know until October if those results will hold, but at least they should have until January to enter their skaters in early winter competition. (Last year's Bavarian Open was held a week later and the deadline was January 17, for example.)

Euros would be the issue for Feds with borderline skaters, if they raise the scores, but, hopefully, the hosts would extend the deadlines for those last competitions if needed, at least for Dance and Pairs, which have fewer qualifying options.
