Neither, it is up to Germans to decide, it is their highway, risk etc. The system actually works but only if people keep to the right when going slow............
My personal opinion is Yay but only because there are too many people who do not know their limit in terms of the vehicle they are driving and its performance as well as their own driving experience/skill and the road conditions.....as a result it exposes others to their reckless decision making.
Montana used to have a speed called "safe and prudent" but eventually capped it to 75 m/hr
Should all vehicles be required to have a maximum capable spped say at 125 km/hr?
