NFL Time! Let's debate what's happening in the season right now! :D

Was the hit on Green Bay QB Aaron Rodgers, breaking his collarbone and likely ending his season, dirty?

ESPN First Take discussion

FS1 Skip & Shannon Undisputed discussion

YES - Rodgers had finished throwing the ball when he was hit. :(.......
or
NO - Rodgers had left the pocket. He is technically on his own. :p

I'll go with YES but I'm not well versed on football rules so I could be wrong.

Should Puerto Rico be made into an actual state of the U.S or should it remain as a U.S territory?

YES - I'm fine with Puerto Rico (as well as Guam, Mariana Islands, U.S. Virgin Islands) becoming states
NAY - on China's floating solar farm

Dan Patrick Show discussion
ESPN First Take discussion

1) Does Colin Kaepernick have a case in his lawsuit against NFL alleging collusion among owners in him not getting signed?
YES - Something fishy has clearly been going on.
or
NO - The owners are making individual business decisions. Plus, unless they have evidence, collusion is hard to prove.

2) Has Kaepernick killed his future in the NFL?
YES (Really? His lawyer is Mark Geragos? He clearly has burned the last bridge here.)
or
NO

YES - but almost all my clothes are fairly low maintenance

Last NFL question! :cheer:

In a surprising move last week, the New Orleans Saints traded RB Adrian Peterson to the Arizona Cardinals for a sixth round draft pick. Yesterday, Peterson rushed for 134 yards and 2 TDs in a 38–33 win against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

FS1 Skip & Shannon Undisputed discussion

1) Will Peterson continue these kind of performances with the Cardinals?
YES
or
NO
2) Were the Saints being stupid?
YES
or
NO - The Saints are on a roll! Plus, Peterson wasn't a good fit for the Saints and Cardinals actually like to rush the ball.
or
MEH - The Saints' lack of investment in defense and over-dependence on Drew Brees is enough evidence of stupidity.

1) No. He'll be back to lackadaisical by Halloween.
2) Meh.

1) Can the NY Giants continue to suck enough to secure a Top 3 draft pick? Yes or No.
and
2) Will they waste it? Yes or No.

No, to be fair - the Paula Jones lawsuit went forward while Bill Clinton was still in office......Just sayin'........:shuffle:

Simone Biles has announced her comeback to gymnastics and will resume full time training next month. She plans to compete in the all-around at the 2018 U.S. Nationals.

Will Simone be able to return as the U.S./world's best gymnast?

YES - And Ragan Smith and Morgan Hurd will be completely irrelevant.
or
YES - But Ragan Smith and Morgan Hurd will absolutely help make the U.S. unbeatable in the team event.
or
NO - Simone won't be able to comeback and beat Ragan Smith & Morgan Hurd.
or
Something else

You are having a dinner party. Pick (at least) one of these random former U.S. Presidents to have as a guest:

John Adams
or
Grover Cleveland
or
Teddy Roosevelt
or
Dwight Eisenhower
or
Lyndon B. Johson
or
Gerald Ford

None of them but if I had to choose, maybe Johnson.

Wasn’t Johnson an unpleasant person personally? Plus, I’m pretty sure he smoked 3-4 packs a day.

BTW, I would probably have John Adams and/or Dwight Eisenehower over. Teddy Roosevelt might be fun to watch but I can’t imagine how hungry he would be from fighting cowboys, cougar killing, sumo wrestling, or boxing he did that day.
