I am sorry I didn't quite catch everything, why were the guys in the big truck hunting the man, the lady and the girl with diabetes? "We were tired of kneeling?"

This is not wolves-related, no?

Also, the thing between Abraham and Sasha - is that supposed to be a romantic thing?

P.S. Please let that be Glenn...

The whole episode was basically a mess. At first, I thought the three morons were people who had been evicted from Alexandria, then I thought they'd escaped from the Wolves and then apparently they've escaped from people we haven't met yet, who are nearby and Aaron never ran into them on any of his runs. Okay then.

I think Abraham was hitting on Sasha. And she seemed okay with that, as long as he dumps Rosita first. Okay then.

That was pretty much my response to the show until the maybe-Glenn on the radio thing.

I heard that Norman Reedus said that is NOT Glenn on the radio. I was thinking it was the idiots who took Daryl's motorcycle and now find themselves in trouble. I assume they got the radio with the rest of his stuff.

Presumably because they ran away from the group.

What I want to know is why someone - who? - just abandoned that big fuel truck in the forest? If I were part of a group that had that vehicle, I've had it guarded at all times.

On last Sunday's Talking Dead, there was a discussion that Morgan seems to hold onto his principles too strongly which might not click with this stage of the gang. I wonder if he will (or will be forced to) leave?

I am pretty sure Glenn can survive this round but I am not sure for how long. I wonder if the show would feel like they need to eliminate a major character soon - you know, just to stir things up; and since they don't strictly follow the comic - and I wonder whom from the show I can live without. I would love for Rick, Carol, Daryl, Michonne, Maggie and Glenn to stay, although honestly anyone else dying would most definitely not create the same impact.

I wish they would write Abraham or Eugene, or both, off of the show.

And I don't think it's fair that Morgan got an entire episode devoted to him, alone with Eastman. Maybe the producers feel that Glenn got 'his' special extra screen time back when he hooked up with Maggie. But I feel there is so much more of his character to explore, and we really know nothing about he backstory other than he delivered pizza.

IMO Morgan has gotten too much screen time relative to the others this season. He's become the most central character, in fact, and I'm getting a little weary of 'To Kill or Be Killed: That is the Question".

Please let the invading zombies knock off folks in the 5 - 19 year old range first, please. I mean....Enid? SO annoying; Glenn should have left her behind. Bratty teenage mopey dude gunning for Carl? Please die. Kid at the top of the staircase? Whine elsewhere, I'm tired of hearing you.

Can't believe Glenn managed to scurry under that dumpster without getting bitten once.

Just watching the episode now; HOW did Glenn slip underneath the dumpster without getting scratched? How did the zombies not start in on him right away? I'm glad he's alive, but that's crazy.

Glenn is just that swift ;) So happy he's still around. Looks like those in Alexandria will need his help in the next episode ....

I think the presumption is that the zombies nearest by were busy digging in to Nicolas, whose body was protecting Glenn. This allowed Glenn a few seconds to wriggle under the dumpster. The rest -being mindless creatures - were unaware of him until he moved to get under the dumpster.

I try to find plausible explanations for such scenarios, as it makes the viewing experience more vivid.

I was happy to see Alexandrians taking defense classes. About time! Not happy about Eugene complaining about it though. And did he walk away from the class? Everybody's life depends upon all the other in your community having the highest possible fighting skills. Playing hooking from defense class should never be an option. If somebody doesn't show up, or walks away from combat training...then they get one can of food (no selection allowed, just give them one can of whatever you have the most of) and that's it for the day. Being unable to fight means you are a liability and there's no reason to throw good food at somebody who won't step up when it's needed.

Glenn is a greater man than I. My thought in regards to Enid was, "you want to be alone? Then be alone"! Especially after what Glenn had just been through, to be able to care about somebody else when he had just experienced something traumatic. It was the right thing to do, but I don't know if I would have had it in me to do what he did. Plus I was p***ed that Enid had left cans lying around with the open lids still attached. That's an accident waiting to happen...a cut that could kill (and turn) somebody. It's weird to see young people do regular young people stuff when it's a different world, one where stupid sh** can result in somebody's death.

Zombies are slow. Zombies are stupid. Zombies are hungry. They already had a meal they were working on, they were distracted by that. Plus Glenn and Nicholas fell right off the dumpster, landing right next it. I don't think there was room for zombies to be in between the dumpster and Glenn. So he just had to move sideways a few inches, basically. His success depending on timing, speed and positioning under the dumpster so as to not be reached by the zombies. Well, not be reached by their mouths, their hands can't do any damage. Their fingers probably would fall off if they grabbed with any force. Plus I imagine they have little strength, so pulling Glenn out from under the dumpster wasn't a possibility.

So I didn't find this storyline tough to accept. There's other stuff to make me go  such as fortifying an uber-strong wall while ignoring a tower that's burnt out, swaying and creaking when the slightest of winds blows by... :duh:

I love Glenn.
In an imaginary boyfriend way.

and yet...

I never felt that the show had the courage to truly kill off a character who was so beloved by fans. Especially with such a pointless death.

Glenn has to meet up with Negan. Even though the TV and comics diverge a lot, that is a key point in the comics.

I've heard speculation that they are going to switch out Glenn's death at the hands of Negan for Daryl. Either one makes me sad.

Glenn and Darryl are may favourite characters. I will be devastated if either die. Much like when Herschel's head was zombiefied. That was terrible.

Same here! They are by far my two favourites. If a major character has to die, I hope it's anyone else besides those two! (sorry everyone else )

Or speaking loudly in the open right next to the wall, lecturing Alexandrians about the importance of being quiet. :shuffle:

If Negan had to kill someone, I think whacking Father Gabriel and even Morgan would be acceptable (even satisfying) to some. :shuffle:

Father Gabriel has earned the scorn of pretty much everyone.
Remember when Rick presented his plan to lead the quarry horde away from Alexandrians and asked for volunteers?

Michonne and Glenn and a couple of others raise their hands. And then Father Gabriel goes, "I'll help!"

And Rick, Michonne, Glenn and I don't know how many others all go NO!

The Walking Dead is not known for comedy, but that was hysterical.

Has everyone on this damn show lost their mind? Carol and Morgan fighting over the wolf; Denise just watching the wolf untie himself; Tara, Rosita and Eugene just handing their weapons over; Ron trying to kill Carl and then Carl covering for him; no one making Sam turn the f*cking music off; no one telling Sam to shut the f*ck up as they left the house; and THEN Daryl, Abraham and Sasha GETTING OUT OF THE TRUCK. Just run them over. JFC.

I'm already over the Negan storyline and all we've gotten is a preview.

Maybe they need to bring in fresh writers. Or stop with all the side jobs like zombies on a plane. The writing this season has been weak.

Others share your frustration. https://www.yahoo.com/tv/walking-dead-finale-brain-dead-move-carol-morgan-192623411.html
