"The PyeongChang 2018 Olympic Games were lived more digitally than any before them. With the help of Hookit, our official data partner, SportsPro looks at some of the athletes, partners and moments that drove interest around the biggest sporting event of the year so far."

More data compiled from the PyeongChang Olympics (separated into Days 1-4, 5-7, 8-11, 12-14 & 15-17) is presented here: https://www.sportcal.com/socialgames

@VIETgrlTerifa's post in another thread reminded me just now that I meant to start a thread in GSD on this topic.
WHAT! Well, I hope the IOC paid attention because ice dancing was one of the most talked about events of the Olympics on social media, and positively. Maia was one of the most "engaged" athletes on social media for the Olympics which translates to having most value for their sponsors because of their visibility with the public according to this Forbes article: https://www.forbes.com/sites/alanag...dia-to-close-the-gender-pay-gap/#33be4cf2748f
Thanks to @chapis for finding and posting the Forbes article link in the Shibutanis' fan thread originally a while back.
