Well, it's a real cheese so someone must be buying itSome people eat them on purpose.![]()
It depends on how much navigating they have to do in the next leg.Realistically speaking, dad and daughter should be gone before the finale but weirder things have happened in the history of TAR.
Ryan accidentally did it the best way--he found out what the questions were going to be before he listened to the whole lecture. That second roadblock seemed like a major nightmare. 15 minutes??? I would have had anxiety after 2 minutes.
I can't get over them not knowing how to spell souvlaki. Although I guess the one twin's food issues might really limit what they eat.I can't believe the twins ate a second Souvlaki before really trying to figure out where the clue was. Yikes.
They all get money for being on the show, but I think only the winners get a cash prize on top of that.I think anyone who makes the final 3 gets money, btw. Unless they changed things since the last time I watched the show.
I'm not clear if you mean the winners get the grand prize + the pay for being on the show? I thought it was just the million dollars. And the second prize was between 25k-50k, and the third prize was 10k-25k, also without the pay for being on the show (the pay the others got was significantly lower). But I've not watched or kept up with it for a while, and not sure if I remember correctly. They all get money for being on the show, but I think only the winners get a cash prize on top of that.
To be fair, the food truck woman was pronouncing it in a way that I could barely tell what she was saying.I can't get over them not knowing how to spell souvlaki. Although I guess the one twin's food issues might really limit what they eat.
I wasn't sure if I would either. But I do tend to read anything in front of my fase and I am always interested in the different wrapper designs. It seemed to me like absolutely no team even noticed the writing. Which made me wonder if the souvlaki were wrapped so that the writing was on the inside. The souvlaki challenge - I definitely would not have immediately thought about checking the wrapper.
Ryan and Dusty used to be my favourite team, but now I just can't with Dusty. Ryan is still fine and calm most of the time, but Dusty is just coming off as obnoxious.
You almost got your wish.Ryan and Dusty, please go home next.
There is going to be a finale party in FL. Hosted by the twins. Does this mean they win?
This shows how hard a time I am having telling most of the teams apart. The twins were eliminated in the last episode. They were the ones who ate two souvlaki.
When the father was scolding his daughter for not smashing the plates finely enough, I started rooting for her to find the clue. And she did! They shoulda been wearing safety goggles when they was smashin' those plates. Tiny shards of ceramic flying everywhere! And that clue was so tiny!
I don't know why the last guy didn't start moving the rocks around either. And that rock challenge .... I know it was a 'needle in a haystack' task, but that area was way too big and way too many rocks for there only be 4 coins out there. If I was the last guy out there I woulda just started throwing them outside the ring to find the damn last rock.
My back and knees still hurt just from watching that.

I was wondering too but none of the teams mentioned it that I heard. The other thing they could have done was turn the rock over and not turn it back. The bottoms were flatter so it would be easier to see if you'd already turned that rock over.I wondered if there was some rule that you couldn't pile up the rocks in one place or not since no one seemed to do that. It really was a diabolical task with only four coins. I felt like they should have made it six or something - cause it truly was hard for the last team to try to find the one sole coin left. On the other hand, I guess they knew it was a non-elimination leg so they didn't care to ease the suffering.
An even better idea!Or if you are the last team to show up take the 2 hour penalty and get to the pit stop was the other thing I was thinking.
A good idea unless the team in front of them finds the rock right away, and then they’re sitting there for the 2 hours not knowing if they’d have found it.An even better idea!
I suspect that the team didn't really think it would take them 3 hours to complete the task though.
Can't argue with that.I don't care how the hard the rock challenge was;I have no sympathy for anyone. You want to win $1,000,000, you have to work for it!
That was my first thought.I'm also surprised that nobody's bare legs got sliced when they were smashing plates.
