The Directors Guild of America (DGA) had their awards ceremony last night. Here are the winners.
I’m not surprised that The Pitt and The Studio won the television awards. I’m not sure if PTA (OBAA) winning here guarantees that he’s also winning the Oscar. The DGA isn’t most of the Academy voters. I think there may still be a chance for Ryan Coogler (Sinners) to win Best Director.
The BAFTAs will be tomorrow night! Alan Cumming will be the host.
You can watch the show in the UK on BBC One and iPlayer from 19:00 GMT.
The ceremony starts at 17:00 GMT, two hours before its TV broadcast begins, which means winners will be reported in the news and on social media before being seen on television.
It will air in the US on E! at 20:00 ET.
So…..will anyone be able to watch it live? I don’t think I will be able to from the .
