A great interview. I know some people wish he would be a little more critical at times and I relate, as a critical person myself, but I think there are so many other commentators that provide that approach that his is a really healthy balance to everything else that is out there. He's used to commenting on very young skaters on the JGP (not sure if he has done commenting on senior skaters in the past within Canada) and I think if he continues to comment on senior skaters globally as well, he will be able to add a tiny bit more criticism while still keeping his encouraging style.
