You know I'm going to be pacing the floor. When Kwan skated, I could not sit still. I'd walk out of the room and peak around the corner. I probably missed most of her skates live and could only come back for the replay. I spent a great deal of time looking for the appropriate avatar today.

And, I just told off an entire class for annoying me.

In other news, sobbing girl made the Hanyu fluff

The NBC Sports app’s enhanced feed has a window focused on the coaches. I cannot wait to see this during Dimas skate.

Could this work in their favor tomorrow night? Both will be so pissed off they will skate all-out and achieve a WR for their LP?

As opposed to leading by a point or so over S/H and then coming out tight in the LP and giving it away

This isn't even close to ideal but maybe some of the pressure comes off tomorrow night and therefore they put MAJOR pressure on S/H and T/M?

It could be in their favour. Especially since they are also skating first in their last group.
Granted, judges may still be stingy with marks. But if they skate clean and give it all, they are certainly put a lot of pressure on the other pairs.

#teamtrainwreck is no passing-station, where everyone gets in for a short amount of time and kicked few moments later!

They skated decent! She fell once and missed the FS in an insane pairs competition by one spot: that's :gallopin1 at it's best!!!

They are both young with talent. This is pairs. And Chinese pairs at that. They may have another 3 or 4 Olympics ahead of them for all we know.

Overall - What a kickass event :respec:
AUS - I like some Windsor, but they are still just no pair for me, sorry.
AUT - I had a feeling they won't make it. Sucks after a good season for them.
CZE - Hell yeah!:encore: Bidar is so :smokin:! So much! I am not her biggest fan, but :respec: x infinity to Anna being even out there and skate like this after the past few months! Awesome SP!
RUS3 - Best I ever saw them and even in that moment I had this short thought, that this would have been the time of Martiusheva now :drama:
GER2 - In the unlikely case someone fogot, this was fashion icon Mari's spot :drama: :wuzrobbed Besides that, kudos for making the cut in this line-uo!
CHN3 - There is a reason, they are on this train :gallopin1 Her body language is not good again :(

ITA1 - Holy shit yes! I can't get enough of Magnificat! Finally they skated it to its potential! A shame that did not even make the penultimate group :drama:
CHN1 - Foot perfect! I am still no fan of this program though.
ITA2 - They are so ITA2 for me, no way this trash-mishmash is better than DM/G, no way :angryfire
CAN1 - Cautious skated, lucky with the judging and GOE regarding her 2nd foot. But it's me and da Meagan, we know the game :D
RUS2 - Absolutely loved it! Classic russian skating! Great job folks!
GER1- We all knew this is going to happen, we all knew! But hell, Aliona had 2 great SP at olympics and failed to win gold, maybe it's the other way around this time :D #hopedieslast
RUS1 - Almost too ashamed to admit, I would have had that in the lead :shuffle:

Side note: I found a new job for @alchemy void ; I guess the Kiss-Cam-warm-up would be something he'd be really interested i :D
 
The most I fear with Empress skating first is that she will go all in no matter what :yikes:
Please no 3a!

Seeing her in the interview was kinda hard, it was a kind of flashback to former times. I hope she can end this olympics in peace!
 
Although, I'm afraid she is going to injure herself, I can understand why they are trying this. It's all or nothing for Aliona.
 
I'm exhausted! So many emotions. Tried to get some sleep, but woke up a little after nine already. I'll hopefully pass out in a few hours and be ready for this nights drama. It feels like the programs are back to back on the same day, never had double skating before at like that. Must stock up on more chocolate milk. The only thing working for me during the night. You know how bad I am with alcohol :lol:

S/H - So smokin!! Love every bit of this program. Can't wait to watch it again and again. Love how she's going for the funky hair look, different from everybody else. How she can skate with her hair down though, I have no idea:lol:
PRK - Never saw them this good, they both light up my world, sparkling out there. Love how they look at each other the entire time. Marcotte looked so awkward in the KnC:rofl:
Czech puppies - Totally cute and lots of joy. So happy for them qualifying.
J/C - They're back. Can't wait for SOS. She should indeed rip the blue ribbon to end the program, who needs fabrics for worlds anyway.
DM/G - Loved Magnificat! Absolutely perfect for them. So glad they're staying.
Suzaki/Kihara - Great program for them! Lots of guts and more spark than before. Too bad the level was sky high, but I guess they didn't expect to make the FS anyway. Glad they got such a great Olympic moment.
Xiaoyu Yu - Imagine her with Anton S. Or another prince ballet type guy. I would über them so much.
M/H killing it, even though it didn't catch me as much as usual, skating right after S/H.
Hocke/Blommart making the FS! Go Germany #2. I so want her dress!

T/M - Love these kids! Happy to see them clean. Totally approve of my ginger. But I still refuse to recognize Candyman exists, I still refuse his tie, I cannot take it seriously.

We all know. I literally screamed when Bruno doubled. Thankfully bf was asleep in the opposite end of the apartment, I didn't wake him. Felt all empty afterwards. Of course the free skates could be a total disaster for everybody and they could still win, but.... I guess they need help now. I don't know. I don't feel like doing the math. Gotta love that Aliona is going all in. She's bad ass. All or nothing. She doesn't need third. She doesn't need second. It might as well be sixth or eight. I will be in pieces before they skate tonight. But no way she will land that 3a. She hasn't until now. If she does, she more legend than anyone. Prove me wrong, queen:glamor::respec:
 
Thankfully I got some good news this morning! We're having an adult Sunday camp in april, AND JOSHI IS COMING!!! :glamor:
