Lucas is a gem. People already forgetting Cranberry where he landed beautiful quads. He`s not a head case. He`s competed very successfully in the past. I predict he will come out fighting for the free and move up 1/2 the standings. Really this is his first senior season trying a senior (4) program.

Skating skills nowhere near Kao but Ilia has shown a lot of growth in style. Shae-Lynn is a genius.

She really did find something that brought a new level of movement out of him. He’s matured enough to dig out some emotion.

IMHO, I think the judges just don't like this program. In addition to the technical errors, he's had two programs since 2022 in which the first line of the lyrics claim, "I'm so tired".

Yeah, definitely just your opinion. The only reason he didn't crack 100 even with the step-out was because of a time violation. He cleans up the 4f and tightens up the music edit to get rid of the time violation and he'll probably score around 105-106.
