So sorry to hear this awful news. Something very similar happened to my mom 35 years ago. It is very hard. I have never met Lee in person but have enjoyed getting to know her on FSU.

Wow, I was looking for her follow-up to the not going to be hospitalized part of her recent illness, it sounded as if she was getting better. This is like a punch in the gut for all of us. Wow. Thinking of her and her family.

Sending more positive thoughts to you, Lee and your family. Really is a such a kind, funny person and I feel so lucky I got to meet her. It is a tough road ahead and please feel free to let us know if there is anything we can do.
 
I've nothing to add, other to say I too am shocked and saddened, and send healing vibes to Gerry and Pat's other loved ones and friends.

Will be checking back here in the hope of positive news.
 
Adding my prayers for Lee, Gerry and their family. Lee was the first person I met in the old FSW chatroom and I have many fond memories of the fun we all had in the chatroom those many evenings. I'm praying for a full recovery, complete healing, health, recovery and wholeness for Lee, for strength for Gerry and the family. Hugs to all.

I was so afraid of reading the worse, I'm still in shock. All I can say is I know she's strong and pray she can recover. It definitely is good that she made it through the initial event and the source was identified.

To her family, I can only imagine how excruciating it must be to wait. :( Just know you have our support, and thank you so much Gerry for updating.
 
This is horrible. Lee has always been so sweet. Sending every possibly positive vibe and prayer her way, and to you, Gerry. The FSU family is with you in spirit.

Very sad to hear this news. I'm hopeful from the reports of @Really receiving the best of care. Sending my thoughts and prayers to @Really for full healing, and my best wishes and encouragement to her family and friends.

This is so shocking! :( My father had a brain aneurysm at 36 and I remember the utter fear waiting to see how the doctors were going to proceed. My heart goes out to you, @Gerry, and your children and grandchildren. Thank you for taking the time to update us here at FSU...we all care about Lee so much. She is a wonderful human being in every way.
