Yes! They do that on the other toys too but it stands out so nicely on the giant cushion. Other combos I've had are Sunny/Callie, Fred/Bolt, and Bandit/Spud.

I have Bandit & Spud together in the stump house right now. :)
 
I got Billy the Cats memento so I decided to try out the giant cushion, the kitties are so cute on it. I'm still waiting on Conductor Whiskers memento though. I've had the train out for close to 3 weeks now and I'm getting really bored of it.

ME TOO.
I got so sick of the train, that I bought the Metropolis. I just couldn't take it any more. I have about 30 visits and nothing.
 
@Nell411 -- You could try the twisty rail if you're tired of the train. The down side is that it's a large toy that only holds one cat. On the other hand it's cute, and was a nice change from the train.

I'm just after Frosty's and Chairman Meow's mementos now. :( Frosty has still only used the snowy pillow, but I'm having fun trying to entice him with other cold objects. I only just discovered the sunken fireplace for the Chairman, so that's a fun new toy.

I did briefly but I got bored of it within a couple of days and went back to the train. I also don't enjoy that it's so huge and only one cat can use it.
 
I just got Guy Furry's memento -- and after only 4 visits. Yay! Plus I have pictures of him with both the vase and the stove, so no need to put out either of those toys again. (I don't hate them, there are just others I prefer.)

I moved the tower inside today to see if that can entice Sapphire & Jeeves back. They came 2 or 3 times in very quick succession a few days ago, but nothing since.
 
I gave up on Jeeves and Sapphire for now. I'm trying to get Kathmandu and Lady Meow Meow's mementos using sashimi indoors (no fancy food for Tubbs!) and Xerxes, Saint Purrtrick, Joe Diomeowgio, Ms Fortune and Señor Don Gato's mementos outdoors using Frisky Bitz. I also need Frosty and Apricot's mementos but will focus on them after.

I got really lucky with Bob, he gave me the memento after just 8 visits :cheer2: so wasn't stuck with the metropolis for long.
 
I had to wake up at stupid o'clock for a flight. Is it wrong that I saw Peaches and was immediately glad I hadn't slept through her visit? :lol: I've actually seen every one of the 12 visits she's made so far...
 
I don't check overnight or if I'm doing stuff. Otherwise, just when I remember. I usually put out the free food if I know I won't be checking, especially overnight, but I've missed lots of other cats. Just never Peaches. (I've also never missed Frosty but he only comes by if I have sashimi out... And I only put that out when I know I can check) Peaches came for the free stuff in the wee hours of today. :lol:

I've also never missed Sapphire and Jeeves. But since theyve only visited twice, I don't consider that impressive :lol:
 
Ramses left his memento yesterday on my secondary game (Kindle) after 16 visits :cheer: but I'm still waiting for it on my primary game (phone) after 58 visits. :drama:
 
Finally Jeeves and Sapphire visited! I talked hubby into trying something new: I removed all other toys apart from the umbrella and the tower of treats and stocked both bowls with Bonito Bitz. After only 16 hours or so we had a visit :)

Now we're saving for a new renovation!
 
Interesting: Chairman Meow came to the "sunken fireplace" last night. The Gameskinny guide to cats doesn't say anything about that being one of his toys, just the earthenware pot.

He came and left at the fireplace without me catching him, though, so I don't know if he was doing anything special.

Still no memento from him though. But I like the sunken fireplace aesthetically, so now that's another reason to have it out.

ETA: just googled and others have reported this combo -- plus this rather adorable behaviour. :)
 
He's cure on the fireplace: he hangs off the back. I only just discovered this, and he seems to prefer the hat.

Xerxes IX finally gave me his memento after sitting on my royal throne at least twice a day since I first put it out! :P

Yeah, first time it's happened for me too. I did wonder if it was a glitch though -- it was one of those times when I un-minimized the app and showed the previous setup (with Mr Meowgi there) for a split second before reloading with the intro screen, followed by no Mr Meowgi.
 
I finally got Conductor Whiskers memento after 55 visits. The only other cat I've had do that many before the memento was Guy Furry with 58.

So I put out the metropolis and I genuinely had no idea it was that big. I mean I knew it was huge because people kept saying it was but I actually had to swap its place with the tower of treats just so I could see what was behind it because where I had it before all I could see was the corner of the honey pot. It was ridiculous.
 
I got Kathmandu's memento, so figured I'd try again for Jeeves and Sapphire and finally saw them. :cheer2: Hopefully their own mementos won't take too long.
