:rollin: Early head to head with LesGacs and Fabbri/Ayer? :watch:

Gotta love ice dance drama!

ETA: I can't believe Plazas/Fernandez are doing back to back comps in less than a week half way across the world... especially after their long absence.

They're not???? They're the only US sr team not entered at John Nicks IPC. Seems like the USFS decided to send them to this for their first event of the season instead. Lombardia and OQE entries won't be out until next week.

Lol, okay my bad, I could swear I saw them on the John Nick's roster and was like WTH??? It's been a long Monday (that's my only excuse!!!)

I am trying to delete my above posts..I was corrected on Twitter X..by Sylvia who knows a lot more about streams than I do..that in fact it is only a paid stream..not on ISU YT Channel..I was just going by the link..Sorry..

JSF has been posting the greetings from participating skaters on its IG account:

I haven't heard about any official live streams other than the ones for people who subscribe to the TV Asahi channel in Japan.

Miyake makes her first Sr international appearance at Kinoshita in eight years, I believe,She has strong elements, is good across the ice and has lovely spins. She also has a 3A. She will make a strong case this year for a spot at the Olympics. There was a vid circulating of her earlier outing this year. She impressed in that performance.

Looking at the protocols, Schizas and Miyake were the only two clean protocols, with Schizas getting +GOE for every mark! Miyake got 1’s and 0’s on the 3Lz, but multiple +4’s on four elements and one +4 on a fifth.

For the Men, Hiwatashi and Ma got no -GOE marks, with Ma having only one 0. Rakic (in 10th) got one -1. Tsuboi got no credit for the solo jump 2T, but got no -GOE marks on the rest.

ETA: Miyake will turn 23 in November, wow.
