Press coverage of figure skating has always been dreadful, even by some of the most knowledgeable press-related sports journos involved in surfacely scrutinizing fs. Coverage has evolved and become a bit better in recent years largely because of Internet and social media technologies, and because it's fs fans who are providing other fans with the best coverage available -- thanks

Most conventional sports press don't understand a dang thang about the world of fs and should not be involved. Good old Phil Hersh, Christine Brennan, Kirk Wessler, and a handful of other actual sports journalists who do know skating athletes and who understand the jumps, the terminology and the judging system politics are few and far between. Thus, no conventional associated press are even capable of voting. They don't even know who most of the skaters are, much less the difference between the disciplines.

Altho' whatever, let the clusterfcuk happen every which way but loose, eh.
Wowza granny, figure skating has now got it's own Academy Awards popularity f'ing contest!
And another thingy: Adam Rippon for U.S. President!!!

Buttigieg can be Adam's VP! Rippon/Buttigieg FTW!!!
