When Russia agreed to neutrality at the 2017 iaaf championships I don’t think all the ramifications of that were clear. Total gag order on every athlete! I believe that either the IOC Bans Russia from the 2018 Winter Games or votes to allow all Russian Athletes to compete under the IOC Flag and Anthem. Either way, Russia will not attend the games. I don't think you can compare taking vitamins to taking meldonium. Meldonium was not intended to be taken to enhance a performance/stamina.
