This part (google translated) really made me laugh:

- Anastasia, how often were you called the daughter or granddaughter of Alexei Mishin?
AM: With Alexei Nikolaevich, we even often joke about this topic. The professor encourages me: "Do not disgrace the name!" This is both fun and enjoyable.

- Alexander, what is it like to skate with a figure skater who bears such a famous surname in the world of figure skating?
A.G .: The partner's surname obliges me to be at a high level.

Thank you @Ka3sha for the link, I really enjoyed that interview with Oksana. From back in the day I always took it that she was a drama queen and hard work but it’s good to hear things from her point of view.

The funny thing is I can believe all she said about Tarasova. I was always wondering why she or Platov never appeared in Ice Age. Zhulin seems to be some sort of wannabe Casanova, I feel sorry for all the women he was involved with. I hope he is faithful to his current wife. Good to hear that she is on friendlier terms with Platov but a pity that they never cashed in on their double Olympic gold medals.

I was impressed that she took on a full time coaching role for her daughter in tennis and she seemed to a very talented player.

Interview with Victoria Sinitsina and Nikita Katsalapov
- Due to injuries and illnesses, you did not have many starts this season, nevertheless, you managed to qualify for the upcoming Worlds. Surely, you had to "turn on" every force - experience and motivation, everything that is possible ...
Nikita:
That's right. This season has been tough for us. We were very worried that we were losing a lot of time, but we could not do anything about it, except to heal the injuries, all the diseases ... But this is life. This did not happen on purpose and, fortunately, now everything is back to normal.
Victoria: At the very beginning of the season I had a problem with my knee, and I could not combine preparation for the competition and treatment. It was useless. I gathered my strengths to perform at the first competition, but I was able to skate only a rhythm dance, because the pain was too strong, I could not stand it, although I am a very patient person.
After that competition, I started the treatment: every day I went to exercise therapy, procedures, pumped my knee, and stopped doing it just a couple of weeks ago. It's OK now. It is right that I did it right and calmly.
All this time Nikita and I continued to train, but I not at full, without the usual loads. And during this period Nikita helped me a lot, morally supported me, said: "Vika, everything is fine, come on, come on, do it slowly."
- And when things seemed to be back to normal, you suddenly got c19. You even ended up in the hospital. Was it all that serious?
Victoria:
I got very sick. It was very bad. High temperature, with all the consequences. At first I thought it would pass, I’ll lie down at home, I’ll be cured. But when I realized that everything was much more serious, I called Nikita, Alexander Vyacheslavovich (Zhulin). They immediately said: "Call an ambulance," because my hands were already shaking, I was shaking so ... It was very scary: I was alone at home, I understand that I am losing control. God forbid, and no one will be able help.
For the first time in my life I got to the hospital. I spent six days there. Then I spent two weeks at home, recovering.
- Was it hard to go out on the ice after an illness? Skaters who had c19 said that at first it was difficult even to skate, not just to try elements; there was a fear that nothing could be done.
Victoria:
I was not afraid of that. The only thing was severe dizziness when I was spinning. My head began to spin, my legs failed a little. But after 2-3 weeks it passed.
- Do you feel ready for the Worlds?
Nikita:
We were gradually gaining shape, doing all this under the supervision of doctors. We prepared well enough for the Russian Cup final, although not without problems. We rested a couple of days after the final, then immediately were back on the ice and all week we didn’t just train, with a load, we didn’t let go of ourselves. We were not tired after the RCF. This is the first thing. Because we can say that the season has just begun for us. Secondly, we felt good. We began to work with the load, and everything went smoothly. We went to St. Petersburg for Alexei Mishin's show and then started training hard and in full force at home.
- You have heard that some people are against the Worlds, they say it is dangerous, and the athletes are forced to go there. What do you think?
Nikita:
On the one hand, the fears are understandable. On the other hand, if there is such an opportunity - to compete at the World Championships, and many guys have already contacted c19, and there will be strict quarantine measures in the arena in Stockholm, why be afraid? Vika and I love performing very much. Yes, I understand, in this situation, it's not even about the love of competition. But I think, since they give the go-ahead, and we are selected to compete, made the Worlds team, then we will go there with pleasure and will work as if nothing had happened. The main thing is to follow all the rules.

Nikita the main thing is is to follow all the rules.Let's hope they do :p

All of the Russian skaters have now already had 2 negative C19 tests this week and will have yet another when they arrive in Stockholm tomorrow.

The Russian Fed is really making sure all the rules are followed and is leaving nothing to chance having isolated all the skaters for 4 days before flying and by chartering an airplane just for the Russian team. They are taking this very seriously.

"There will be a whole championship of Russian emigrants at the world championship" by Dmitry Kuznetsov:

ETA:
ISU technical specialist for single and pair skating, Alexander Kuznetsov, spent the whole week with the skaters of the Russian national team at the Olympic base in Novogorsk. In an interview with the FFKKR website, Alexander Valentinovich pointed out the importance of holding such an event, spoke about the readiness of our athletes and rivals for the World Cup, and also expressed the opinion that the conditions for holding the World Championship in Stockholm would not negatively affect the performances of our guys.

An interview with Samarin by Lazukin and Kurbanov.
Samarin on his SP: it was not my idea, I did not like the music, we were looking for some other pieces, but since the season was kind of weird, the international competitions would probably be off and I would probably be skating in Russia only Mikhailov was putting different pieces of music and when we got to Polushko Pole we decided to give it a try
Kurbanov and Lazukin are making fun of the programme calling it the best SP of the season and how much the skaters like it.
Samarin: yeah, well.. the music have changed, but it got into me more and more and at some point...
so you were soaked in that russian spirit
Samarin: I was always... anyway, the music gets into you, you go off the ice, take the skates off and sing it. And so do the others in the dressing room
it gives you some energy
Samarin: not that it showed on the competition...

these guys are fun

I haven't listened to their interview with Samarin yet, but enjoyed the ones with Konstantinova and Tuktamysheva. The guys are fun, knowledgeable in the topic, articulate and the skaters feel comfortable to talk to them/make jokes/be more open
I hope they don't drop this idea in the future.

Is there a skater who DIDN'T have the соrona yet? Semenenko? Kolyada? Scherbakova's mysterious `pneumonia'? Trusova?

Tiff had YKW in July/August last year.
She had an antibody test this week and she has precisely zero antibodies
It doesn't look like it has offered her any lasting protection.

So it would seem that the fact that the skaters have already had YKW is neither here nor there, they are still vulnerable.

I think it's pretty clear, it's going to require an annual vaccination. Have the Russian athletes been offered a vaccine? Or has Russia opened it to all adults who want it?

Vaccines are freely available in shopping centres in Moscow.
Given Tiff has no antibodies 7 months later, it would need to be a bi-annual vaccination unless the vaccine antibodies last longer.
