I thought Stolbova just posted on instagram that she and Bukin can compete at the olympics?
No. It is a petition.

Here’s the linkNo. It is a petition.
Don’t think that it will really help but at least it may show our supportDo petitions like this and for Majorov really work? i sign them all, but do they change anything?
He is a nice and emotional guy, don't you know?I am not happy with Stolbova, Bukin situation at all, and we're yet to see if this is an administrative error, a ploy, or has valid reason.
But Alexei Yagudin is acting like a jerk, and not helping the situation, but making rude proclamations against IOC and WADA, given he is a public figure and his messages are read in figure skating world. He was a jerk at times in 2002 in SLC and after, and then on an Averbuch skating tour in Israel, then some more, but such behavior affected only him, and now it's a serious public issue which affects others... His recent instagram.. and he places (IDIOT) it next to Bukin's foto..... (he just ruined all my pride in him for medal in 2002 and 2 great programmes and his good work as a commentator on skating shows, don't know who will hire him now... even in Russia..)

“What the F…! no other words! This is total lawlessness! Excuse my language but this is total MIND-F..K! And the westerners/foreigners are yet claiming that all sport is outside of politics! IOC, WADA and all who are making such decisions are SCUM, FILTH who are ruining the lives of clean athletes, of those who sacrificed their lives and put their souls into the sport. This news break my heart! ..Xxxxxxx ..
This is disgusting and on the same level as comments belowHe is a nice and emotional guy, don't you know?![]()

Сноубордист Уайлд и фигуристы Боброва и Соловьев могут быть не допущены к Пхенчхану-2018

Snowboarder Wilde and skaters Bobrova and Soloviev may not be admitted to Pyeongchang-2018 https://www.sports.ru/others/skiing/1059584102.html …
https://www.sports.ru/others/skiing/1059584102.html Maybe someone could translate the article?
This article is much like Domshabfan's post: while it might be true, it doesn't have any real basis and simply a speculation on this stage. So I would suggest people stop quoting this particular article.
That’s presumptuous!Stolbova/Klimov are not going to Japan (for the pre-Olympic camp) , they will stay in Moscow and get ready for Worlds

No, Bobrova/Soloviev are in as of now, nothing has been said about them.If both ice dance teams are out and go unreplaced, that's all chance of winning the team event gone. Yeah, their replacements wouldn't get the top scores and it would be harder, but is Russia really going to throw away their chance like that?
time cures, and anything possible, but i do remember an on going verbal stand off in the press between Goncharenko and Pluschenko over the Sochi 2014 Team Event. Goncharenko was angry at Pluschenko for taking Kovtun's spot which prevented Kovtun from individual event. She also said on few occasions that Kovtun is more talented/gifted than Pluschenko, in a mild form to the press, and in a harsher form in private conversations..... and Plushenko commented back. The rumor on FSO is that Goncharenko went to Plushenko's school. I don't know how reliable the info is, we'll see...

If they put it all behind then great! Plushy's school can use a trainer like Goncharenko, and name like Kovtun.
They can legit ban the whole Russian team for all I care as long as Stolbova and Klimov go.
