The weird and totally addictive "Severance" is back for a second season. I hope it is just as strange and compelling.

It is on Apple+. I think they do a good job of finding entertaining science fiction. So I have watch what happens live on… well, it’s on in the background. And Patty Arquette and some woman from Game of Thrones is on. Is this the show they are promoting?
My Apple TV subscription ends this Friday. Other than watching Come from Away again, are there any movies/documentaries worth watching? I prefer lighter fare in movies.
No, and it’s been on my list. ThanksHave you seen Coda?
Well, The Year Earth Changed, about the first year of the pandemic, is quite interesting. Also Fathom, about 2 groups of whale researchers. My Apple TV subscription ends this Friday. I’m about to watch the season 3 finale of Slow Horses and the suspense was killing me so much at the end of episode 5 that I actually googled to find out if River survives. I’ll watch it tonight. I have to say, watching Slow Horses while I’m on the treadmill at the gym is helping my cardio since my heart rate goes up with the suspense!
You haven’t started it at all? Or the specific question about River? Or the whole 3rd season? No spoilers please! I haven’t started it yet.
Haven’t started it at all. Work insanity took away much of my TV time the past few weeks. You haven’t started it at all? Or the specific question about River? Or the whole 3rd season?
Oh! Glad you mentioned that. Somehow I thought you had watched some. It definitely sucked me in and got better and more interesting, even though the first season was already pretty good.Haven’t started it at all. Work insanity took away much of my TV time the past few weeks.
So who is the person who is always posting codes they find for getting all the streaming things cheaper.I don't have Hulu and Paradise is a show I would definitely watch if it was on something I'm already paying for. I pay so freaking much those streaming things and its too much money to pay for another one. How do you find those codes to get deals? So far I'm just seeing like the regular cost of the plans.
Yes, Black Friday is the time for the Hulu sales, usually starting Monday or Tuesday that week. I’ve got it for $0.99/month for the past couple of years. (Once you have it, if you want the deal again, you should cancel before you get billed for November.)So who is the person who is always posting codes they find for getting all the streaming things cheaper.I don't have Hulu and Paradise is a show I would definitely watch if it was on something I'm already paying for. I don't know. They might be better off going with unknowns.Latest News: Netflix has just greenlit this reboot.
I’m not sure this is going to work unless you have a star in the Charles Ingalls role.![]()
thank you for posting that! I always wished it had another seasonI just found out Ladyparts had a second season! Only because I was looking at My Stuff for Euros replays. Thanks, Euros!
Season 2 is so good! I watched it last spring when it first went up in Canada.I just found out Ladyparts had a second season! Only because I was looking at My Stuff for Euros replays. Thanks, Euros!
I don't care who is in it, but I would like them to do a proper adaptation of the books rather than 'based on characters and general themes from the books'. Don't get me wrong, I loved Litte House on TV but it wasn't the books, which I read repeatedly in my early teens.Latest News: Netflix has just greenlit this reboot.
