I'm dying. I can't wait to see how they actually did the deed.
I feel it might have to do with his boat since it is so prominently featured. I also wonder if the sisters think they did it but the neighbor really did.

Young Sheldon Season 6 - CBS - 8 p.m.
Ghosts Season 2 - CBS - 8:30 p.m.
SO HELP ME TODD - CBS - 9 p.m. (Drama)

I'm totally there for Young Sheldon and Ghosts. I will give So Help Me Todd a try as I have a crush on Skylar Astin. I just hope that all the annoying-ness of Marcia Gay Harden's character is (only) in the trailer CBS has been pushing on us so hard and that for the rest of the episode she will be likeable. If she's unbearably high-strung throughout each episode, I will have to tune out.

@HeatherC and other fans of this show, should we create a thread for La Brea? Season 2 premieres tonight! :)

I'm down with that although I don't know how many other people here are still planning to watch S2. I thought the premiere tonight was really good (I gave up on anything being looked at as real in this show and just enjoy it for the campy, good fun that it should be, LOL) and I am excited to see what else is coming in S2! :cheer:

If anybody watches AXS -
The new season of The Top 10 Revealed and the new The Very, Very Best of the 80's (I guess they are done with the 70s) start Tuesday at 8 and 8:30. They also rerun the same things all week at different times.

ALASKA DAILY - ABC - 10 p.m. (Drama)

I hope this is a project worthy of Hilary Swank's talent. Interesting there is nobody else on the cast of name recognition. Hope they are talented actors who just haven't had their big break yet. Maybe this will be it. Tom McCarthy is the creator of this show. He wrote and directed the Oscar-winning movie Spotlight. And he both wrote and directed Stillwater (Matt Damon), Christopher Robin (Ewan McGregor), the fantastic and under-rated Win Win (Paul Giamatti), The Visitor (Richard Jenkins, Oscar nominated for best actor) and the Station Agent (BAFTA and Independent Spirit Award wins).

Okay, with that list I'm setting my hopes high for Alaska Daily. :D

I enjoyed the premiere of "Interview With The Vampire" on AMC last night. Looking forward to "The Mayfair Witches" in early 2023 too.
Mayfair Witches was probably my favorite of Anne Rice's novel series. This could be really good. I'm holding off on watching "Interview" until there are a few more episodes available. I like to watch three or four at a time rather than waiting a week for each one.

I'm a fan of Labrea too so count me in if you start a thread!

Did anyone watch Call me Kat - they seem to have forgotten how they ended it last year - or they want us to forget?!

Tonight included another fun hour of hate-watching La Brea. But I'm unhappy that Aldridge is gone. I liked the character and the actress who played her. I'm wondering if there's some way her character could still exist in some way and we will see her again. But I think that's just wishful hoping. :( And one other thing about last week's episode...weren't those CGI wolves just HORRIBLY done? Some of the worst CGI I have seen in quite a while.

The soap opera action throughout the episode was quite cringe-y. They're walking into a suicide mission and at every possible moment, Gavin wants to express his devotion to Eve, Levi wants to express remorse towards Gavin, Izzy wants to whine to all three of them. It was like the worst Dawson's Creek episode never made. :D

I don't get the Scott-Lucas bromance that's supposed to be happening. Wasn't Lucas threatening Scott's life quite recently? Just making Scott miserable in any way possible? Why Scott isn't trying to avoid Lucas whenever it's possible, I don't know.

I do like the triangle between Eve, Levi and Gavin. Probably because all three actors are so talented. The writer of this show should thank his lucky stars every day he has this cast to make something out of his writing. I like that I'm not sure who Eve will pick. Usually for this kind of show, you know so often what's going to happen. But Eve's choice is really up in the air. My guess is she will pick Gavin. That seems like the obvious choice. But I'd love if something unexpected happened and Eve picks Levi.

The booby trap that they fell into was a great twist. And on top of that, it was full of BUGS!!! Yuck!

I also like the pairing of Paara and Ty. Two great characters played by exceptional actors. Please let there be some miracle cure in that tower that will make Ty better so we can see this power couple together for a long time to come.

Than back to a cringe-y moment. Scott lights the raft's sail on fire and the dopily stands there watching it burn. Oblivious to the maurauding murderers running full speed towards him. SCOTT!!!! RUN!!!! screams Lucas. Lucky for the both of them, Levi has returned with Paara and company.

Another hate-watching moment was the guard who let Eve and Gavin pass with their covered, lily-white faces. Like he wouldn't ask them to remove their masks. Plus both Eve and Lizzy had such overblow fear in their eyes. Was the director of this episode on a smoke-break and wasn't around to correct these two major acting errors? Plus these four characters choosing to have the two most scared of them sit the closest to the guard checking them over. Ugh.

Another WTF moment was the guards running on foot after the wagon. Would it have taken too long to saddle up a couple of horses?

Another great moment was the runaway guard looking back at Paara. "I know him." "Who is he." "He's my husband.":eek::eek:

The Mom's goodbye to Isaiah as he was about to be adopted was horribly acted by the Mom and brilliantly acted by the son. The young Isaiah is very talented. Wild to watchin him out-act somebody four times his age.

Lastly, I hope this season doesn't end with Gavin staring at the screen and saying, "these are my parents"?? And then he have to wait a year to see them re-unite. But I'm glad something is happening with the tower next episode. Great that is not being dragged out.

Yes I feel the same about LaBrea - is it okay to hate Eve being she's pretty much the main character.

I mean she has an affair with her husband's best friend so they are both bad people really. But a big reason for the affair is because her husband is drinking excessively because he is consumed by these visions, people think he's crazy no one is supporting him including his wife. Well his visions are true! We know that now so wouldn't it be nice if she apologized for not supporting him as he has apologized already for his behavior and drinking etc. Please this is fiction I know not real life so I'm just saying this from the tv show point of view. However, you are in 10000BC! You have little food, not much in way of supplies, wild animals trying to eat you, at least one set of hostiles who would like to enslave you - who cares who is sleeping with whom - is this really the most important thing right now!

And the bromance between Lucas and Scott - I think I need to rewatch some of season one because I don't get how they became buddies at all.

And the plan to steal the cart - so dumb. What else can you say about that.

Not much to hate-watch with tonight's episode of La Brea. I'm almost disappointed!

Was happy that we got inside the tower. We got to see some interesting stuff and there was discussion about a few things...but I still feel we know so little. Can't figure out if Gavin's Dad is a really bad guy or just has his own agenda. Any thoughts why they built a skyscraper in 10,000 B.C. instead of a series of underground (HIDDEN) bunkers?

The worst scene was back at the main group's camp when Mr. Annoying (oh...his name is Judah?) talked about being the group's new leader. Anybody else think he was going to be jumped by a sabre tooth tiger in episode three of last season and then chomped into pieces? If he doesn't show some character growth, I expect him to go out in a big way like that. Maybe bird food? :D Speaking of birds, that CGI bird was done so much better than the wolves in last week's episode.

Funny moment between Scott and Lucas and how sometimes heroes are simply people who act decently. Hope Lucas figured that out quickly, or he might not get his Baby Ruth!

One gaffe is how everybody's clothes look brand new and spotless. They should be looking a bit dirty by now with a bit of rips in their clothing. It looks like their outfits are kept in a costume department each night for fresh use the next day... ;)

I believe this is the final season of "The Good Fight" and it is interesting and each week a little more bizarre. I believe the show's creators wanted to leave a message to Democrats, to liberal billionaires and to people who wish to fight extremism from the Right. And they shout out for their choice for POTUS. It isn't present company. The messaging gets a little more intense as we moving through the season. Sometimes it feels like a fever dream and leaves the viewer with plenty to ponder. I think the finale is Thursday.
