I got an email from Criteo (I had never heard of them), offering me much lower rates on hotels that I had searched for. They even showed the Marriott page where one can make reservations for a much lower rate ($129 instead of $224 which the Marriott website was showing). Their website says they collect browsing data and then make an offer.
I suspect this may be a phishing site, or something illegal. Anyone knows about it?
