Would something like a Hoddie be allowed in Competition?

So something like Evgenias 2018 European Gala. In the end it would be something similar to Alina Gorbachevas The Queens Gambit Costume, just with a Hoodie.

Yes. I've seen it a handful of times in synchro and lower level competitions.

I don't think anyone competing internationally would wear one as a hood slows rotation too much and thus would make jumping and spinning more difficult.

Didn't stop Queen Pasha from twizzling her way through Memorial (in one competition) ;) but yes, highly unlikely to see one in singles competition, unless it was maybe sewn or pinned down and very light.

They won't even let their bowties fly free they would never dare try a hoodie left to it's own devices
