Canadians look tight and stiff after the looseness of the Americans, but it might be their style. This music starts boring, but the vocals are very pretty and lifted the program. The program was lovely, but cautious and definitely a step below. Gorgeous ending position and clear that Lia really connected with the music.

Nice SBS 3t+2a for PerMich, and step-out on the throw 3lo for Lia... But they came back solid with swishy SBS 3s! The switch back to the Gladiator program was such a solid move for them - and really nice throw 3f!

Excellent program overall, but this ending is pretty bland and doesn't have the same audience reaction. It's going to be soooo close for the lead.

Pretty solid, and technically very close to the Americans technically before reviews. Unfortunately they probably needed to be perfect to beat the Italians today.

Maybe it’s because I’m American but the Canadian pair just didn’t seem to have any spark

they were technically fine probably better. It just felt like element to element. I don’t know but it could be because I’m on a high from Danny and Ellie.

I think from the soundtrack I was expecting more spark

Surprised by how close the PCS is for P/M and K/O (I'd probably have a slightly bigger gap on skating skills). It was clearly the right move for them to go back to Gladiator.
