Congratulations to Cayla and Jared of the USA who was the only team to skate clean in the SP and wound up in second! May they continue on their quest and wind up with silver! I think this event is the Canadians' to win as they have more flow and difficult elements.

I can’t wait to see & cheer for Kaiya Ruiter tonight, in the W SPs…4th in the second group (around 3:34am EST). Also Sherry Zhang in Group 3 (4:05am EST) plus Mao Shimada & Jia Shin! It should be great.

Looking forward to seeing Ilin/Cain in the last group of D RFs (12:39am est).

I think Kaiya made a good choice in going to YOG. She’s in a decent spot relative to the Asian skaters.
