My brief Texas story: My niece and her sorority sisters drove from KU to Austin when KU played Texas in football. They enjoyed Austin and the Texas people they met were nice but a bit condescending ("Well at least KU has basketball".) And then the lowly Jayhawks won on the very last play. My niece said it was GLORIOUS.

So ridiculous, especially with the Sugar Bowl being postponed until tomorrow. It would not matter one bit to push back the start of the Rose Bowl now.

ETA - Rose Bowl will be shown on ESPN2 while ESPN finishes out this game.

I know I don't. My mom had to travel down to northern CA for a close friend's wedding and she is at a hotel today. She was texting earlier this week, hoping she would be able to watch the Rose Bowl and I pointed out that I'd be shocked if they didn't have ESPN. Not so sure about them carrying ESPN2, so she might begin angry texting the family text any moment in frustration with this game going OT, lol.
