Counter-rotation twizzles, you can just see him have to slow way down to match her not getting any ice coverage, but I'm still claiming that seeing both them and Chock/Bates at Skate America, the Brits are closer together on it and they still have more speed and distance.

I liked this dance in Dallas, and the crowd got into it as well. All 100 people.

Fear & Gibson - insipid pop tunes after the sophisticated Finns tango. Did anyone else feel it fell flat?
"Insipid" when it comes to one of the all-time top selling and performing artists. Ahh, FSU, never change.

Was it 'loud banging rock music' or whatever you called Kagiyama's music once upon a time?

LMAO - it's so obvious they have crowd noise edited into their music and it's not the audience getting revved up at all. This program is so bad.
The crowd actually did get into it in Texas, though. Very much so.

Fear/Gibson

Her leg line is a bit ragged, especially noticeable in the choreo spinning move, the first half of the program is rather dull, but it brightens toward the end. I liked the Finns better, but no way are judges going to go with that :p

This sounds like it's supposed to be mega-energy and make the house clap along but it feels flat, I hate that music mashup almost as much as Chock & Bates', and there's no cohesion to it. Another poor choice of programme this season!

You mean to tell me that a TEXAS crowd got into a program with music performed by a TEXAN?!

That would be like... I dunno... An Atlanta crowd going hog-assed-wild for a gymnast doing a floor routine to "Devil Went Down to Georgia". Oh, wait... That happened. In 1996.
