2024 - 2025 NFL Training Camps, Roster Changes and the return of Swifties

I’m stunned by the Commanders start. Holding my breath. Jayden Daniels is on fire and they look like they are having so much fun. Go DC!

If any fan base deserves some joy it is DC....new owner, new staff and brand new QB who looks awesome.

FINALLY, a win for my Bengals!! The offense is starting to click on all gears and the Joe-Chase-Tee show is being supplemented by an actual run game this year which is opening up all sorts of plays for Joey B. Now we just need to get some of our defensive guys back on track and things could really start going in a good direction! :cheer: :cheer: :cheer:

No offense @Debbie S but I really hope your guys don't win next week since they play my guys, LOL  :D

Offense....awesome. Amazing. Shredding defenses like crazy right now. :biggrinbo
Defense....makes me want to throw myself off a bridge. WTH is up with this crew?!

The Bengals season in a nutshell. Pardon me while I go find a bridge. :wall: :wall: :wall:

Um, well...... :saint:

Same comments as you above....the Ravens showed today that they can score points but their defense has gone to sleep. I hope the defensive coordinator starts kicking their butts during practice.

Next week is the Commanders. We've played them before, but this season they are actually good. ?

I thought both teams looked good. Buffalo/Texas was in our area but I have RedZone and stayed with that to see Lamar and Joe go at it. They certainly didn't disappoint.

Hey Rob, How are you feeling after the game ? :cheer2:

Two fantastic quarterbacks!

I’m never in this thread but I might have to start watching the NFL again. Waiting for 60 Minutes I caught the last quarter of the Commanders’ game and holy hell, that Hail Mary win against the Bears was amazing!

@Debbie S - Wanna side bet on next week? ;)

The Ravens-Commanders game was 2 weeks ago. ;) The post Cachoo is quoting is from Oct 6. Ravens beat the Commanders and then beat the Bucs on MNF last week, but unfortunately stunk up the joint (or Dawg Pound) in Cleveland yesterday. Next week, we host the Broncos. I hope our receivers relearn how to catch the ball.

Yeah I looked at the schedule after that post. So that’s where the second loss was. Oops. I really meant it that I’ve stayed away, but with Dan Snyder gone it might be time to come back.

Giants on Sunday and Eagles the following Thursday, that sucks.

Here's hoping my Vikings can turn things around on Sunday against the Colts. After a fantastic 5-0 start, their performance in the second half of the last two games has been... disappointing, to say the least. Good news is, we're going to have Hockenson and Risner back, and we managed to trade for a decent LT to replace Darrisaw (though I'm still gutted that he's out for the season). Plus, they'll be playing at home. I'm cautiously optimistic.

Could be worse, you could be a Cowboys fan like I am. Man they suck this year!

Patrick is super human. Every time you think he's out with injury...then he gets taped up and out to go.

Carson Wentz is probably saying...I'm not retired but I still don't need to play much.

I don't believe Chiefs will be undefeated, but I sure wish they'd not do last second game wins.

Maybe have a game or two they win and I'm not on the edge of my couch

I'm looking forward to politics-free football this week, and the rest of the season. Thank God it's over for another four years.
I saw more Trump commercials watching the Green Bay/Detroit game than I’ve seen all year.

I do know Trump was given extra air time on NBC during Sunday Night Football because of Kamala Harris's appearance on SNL. As I said, thank God it's over. I've had enough politics to last me until... well, at least until the next election cycle. I'm so done. Let's get back to football, dammit.

I was sure their undefeated status was going to go down this week! Heartbreaking for the Broncos, but well-done special teams!

That was a good game, but a toe was the final say. I really thought overtime

At times sloppy play. For both teams.

$&@$! Missing the down by inches. We are gonna lose by one point.
I don't remember which team lost the game to KC because of a toe. The final play of the game was a touchdown, but ruled not a touchdown on replay because both feet weren't in the end zone when the ball was caught - by the length of a toe.
