That's so funny I never realised what he does with his head on the 3A but it was so clear from that angle that just before the take off he throws his head hard to the right and snaps back towards the left on take off, presumably to help with the rotation. interesting

Yes, it's his landing leg. I guess he will not do 5 quads LP right away per Orser's suggestion.
It will be a watered down layout. We shall see.

Yuzuru told Brian about the pain in the knee about 10 days ago. So he will do 3Lo in both his programs, for now, to take precaution on his landing knee.

I guess that means no 4lz at this competition. But Orser says that 4lz is in the plan of the whole season.

He needs to play it super safe. He doesn't need to go full out at every competition, and he absolutely cannot afford a bad injury. Watching his practice of Seimei just proves that it could make for an amazing Olympic moment. Get better Yuzuru!

This one says the same as I posted before, just offical in English. Apparently Yuzuru will not do 4Lz and 4Lo at SCAI because of his right knee pain. But of course they're part of the plan. His new BV with 4lz, 5 quads in total with two 3A will have the BV of 111.26

From Orser's interview, it seems Orser himself doesn't expect Yuzuru to do very well at Autumn Classic. He knows Yuzuru's condition the best. Hopefully the right knee will heal very soon and no more pain. It's his landing knee, it's very important.
