I'm disappointed I can't get the world feed on CBC Gem like I could four years ago. I can't stand Carol Lane as a dance commentator. Even aside from the fact that she literally coaches one of the teams competing.

I'm just happy I can get coverage on my big TV screen of ALL the skating. Thankfully, GEM is working flawlessly on the TV. On the computer, it is buffering like crazy.

Anyway, I've got bigger fish to fry than worry about listening to Carol Lane. Just went to take a load of clothes out of the dryer and found my dryer has NO HEAT!!! |Sooo, during the ice cleaning, I'm going to have to go hang all those clothes up somewhere to air dry and then call a repairman to come fix the dryer. More repair $$$$$ .... just what I need. GRRRRRRRRRRR

The fact that at one point she said she wasn't going to explain a couple of turns during Wang/Liu's playback while we were waiting for the scores was a bit shocking I must say.

Aww I remember seeing Nick skate in novice men many years ago (I think he placed 2nd FWIW). He's come such a long way, now coaching Olympians He must be so proud.
