I talked to her after the competition at Skate America and she explained she had to finish ahead of Schild in her next two competitions to get the ticket. She did it in the first one, but then not Nationals.

Schild has worked to improve, but I think Lea has so much more potential.

The timing, and rotation of the jumps is always in question for Lorine as she is often outside the circle in the air. Today she was on the wrong side of the inch, and couldn't pull back some of the elements as they were so far off-axis.
