Here’s the latest update. Baby Emmanuel’s parents were arraigned today and they pled not guilty. The search and investigation continues.

Update: Jake Haro has pled guilty to the murder of Baby Emmanuel Haro.

Baby Emmanuel still hasn’t been found. The case against his mother is still ongoing.

Everyone single penny he makes on any prison job should be used to pay all those fines. Every.single.penny. If money is put into a commissary fund (because you know there are psycho groupies who probably are doing that), every penny of that should be taken as well until all those fines are paid, even if it takes til the day he drops dead. Which, if what they say about 'prison justice' is true, will likely be before I do.

Kohberger probably doesn’t understand why HE’S got these fines. It’s not because the families need the money. It’s part of his punishment. For what he pled guilty to. And he got out of the death penalty (although I don’t think you can assume a jury would have recommended it, anyway).

It’s amazing that he has an attorney that would file this for him. Maybe the attorney thought, “Why not? Maybe it’ll work.” But how does this attorney get any fees for doing any legal work for Kohberger?

I’m still convinced that Kohberger isn’t making it very long in prison, anyway.

Utah v. Tyler Robinson: Robinson’s defense team has been finalized.

Two of the lawyers are from California and one of the them apparently defended Lyle Menendez.

Update for Utah v. Tyler Robinson: A judge has ruled that Robinson can wear civilian clothing but must be kept in restraints during pretrial hearings.

The next court date for Robinson is January 16. He hasn’t entered a plea yet - is this length of time common in a capital murder case?

Update: We have an expected release date for Combs - May 8, 2028.

Update: Combs has now arrived at the NJ federal prison for his sentence - and he’s still appealing.

GEESH. Combs should just be relieved that the prosecution was so inept and he only got convicted for violating The Mann Act, which is fairly straightforward.

Update: Today, Jake Haro has been sentenced to 25 years to life for second degree murder of Baby Emmanuel Haro.

There’s not a detailed confession in this plea deal??!! We still haven’t found him!!!!

Rebecca Haro has still pleaded not guilty.

This is an odd article. The headline says that they've linked a suspect to the murder using bullet casings and then they talk more about the bullets, but then they say the connection was made through DNA and then at the very end they mention the DNA again.

I don't know why they would focus on bullet casings? Generally DNA is much stronger evidence.

That was unnecessary. The homeowners should have waited for the police. If the cleaning lady started barging in the house, then the shooting can be justified.
