Francois falling apart so majorly in the Beijing Olympic qualifier and still just narrowly missing getting that 3rd spot for France was one of the absolute downers of the entire competition. He was so broken after the first few mistakes and literally needed like a 2A to still qualify.

This was another good skate!

I'd completely forgotten that Francois missed out on getting the 3rd spot in Beijing.

It wouldn't surprise me if both Francois & Luc wind up in Prague for Worlds though.

But I still love the hell out of this program. I told @thvu at Worlds that he would be into this and he ended up loving it too. So retro weird and we never see skaters step outside comfort zones anymore.
