Charlie is getting rusty and needs to brush up his commentary 101 notes from last season.

The good- I like the technical details, music, choreo etc.

Areas needing improvement- Less obvious bias (with people and latin/hip-hop), less talking during a performance. Please leave the absolutelys, you knows, perfectly perfect perfection and other redundancies at home. Those can be replaced with actual critique. Lastly, I wasn't looking for commentary to turn into some classroom champions video.

Yeah, none of them were on their game. Ryan talked down and babbled, Charlie was stiff, Andrea could not pronounce anyone's name. Though after listening to Tara and Johnny...

I missed Tanith's ease and charm, but Charlie's technical insights are better. He can keep the absolutelys, as long as he never says 'these guys' again.

Yes, I thought the same thing. I was hoping the interviewer would ask if Meryl and Charlie were still involved. But I do think it's the dancers they're unsure about. Maybe some of them will have moved on to other projects and won't be able to participate, as was the case with some of the dancers from the first production.

Meryl & Charlie are really starting to establish separate identities. He is doing more commentating, choreographing. She is running Skate Detroit and this is a bigger solo endorsement. It makes sense but is just a tiny bit sad to see them so mature. She also seemed to enjoy DWTS more than he and has a higher tolerance for media spin.

Utah isn’t exactly close. Beijing is even farther away and that’s a couple days later. There is GPF too and the Poland show was never listed on their official site.

No, this isn't related to Visa. None of the other athletes are sponsored by them. It does say Team USA. It seems kind of random.
