Trouble with subscriptions?

I paid for a Season Pass on March 29, 2014, but cannot access the Private Forums. I emailed the webmaster my Paypal receipt. Thanks for your help.
 
I had no trouble renewing my subscription, but there was one small issue. I recently changed my email address and updated the change on my profile here. But my notification that my payment had gone through went to my old email address, which I only have access to because the provider failed to cancel it. So I can still access that email, even though I'm not paying for it.

All my FSU notifications go to the new email address. How do I change it for the subscription notification?

I paid for two years, so the issue won't arise again for two years. But, I should fix it, as I may not have access to the other email address anymore in two years.
 
Wouldn't that be to do with the fact that you use that email for Paypal, we can't change that for you? You would need to open a new Paypal account with your new email address?

I was so sure I'd done that already - but I didn't confirm the new email - thanks for the reminder!
 
I made my purchase day before yesterday for the 1 year full access renewal but I can't access any of the premium areas. I have received an email that my payment was accepted and it says in my profile that I'm good until 10/21/2015 at 3:21pm so I'm not sure what the problem is. Please advise. I'm heading to SA and would like to to be able to access those threads.
 
My own subscription info was updated within minutes of my payment and the appropriate access level set - never expected anything that quick so congrats.
 
I just checked my credit card statement and it's on there so I know everything went through okay. And I did it before my previous subscription ran out, so I'm not sure what the problem might be.
 
I got an alert recently saying that one of my upgrades was about to expire, but I don't know what that was referring to. I still have access to the competition threads, so I just want to make sure I wasn't just charged for something (I can't afford any extras at this time :/ )?

I'm having the same problem -- renewed a couple of weeks ago, everything was fine, but now I'm seeing ads and can't access Sekret Sources. My profile shows premium access set to expire in November 2015 and the charge went through on my credit card last week. Thanks!
 
Again, my error. Sorted and access extended by a few days. Sorry.
 
My account expires tomorrow. I only see a 1 year premium access option to renew. Is that correct? Is the 2 year option no longer available? I don't want to select the 1 year if the 2 year option is still available.
 
where are you looking? If I go to my Profile>Account Upgrades I see a two-year sub option
 
account upgrades. There is only the 3 month, 6 month, 1 year and season pass options available. I swear I've hit every button trying to find a 2 year option. LOL I even tried to click on my current status to see if it would give me a payment option.
 
I had that problem also. I believe that the option for your current status won't be available until your subscription actually expires.
 
When I hover on my name at the top right, there’s an option for "account upgrades.” When I click on that, I see a two year option. It also gives your your current status, too, at the bottom.

Sharon when will my new 3 months account upgrade appear? Will it only come up on 2nd April when my six months expires?
