Please, it's US pairs, the girls have never been able to jump. I survived ubering Gretchen Donlan who couldn't rotate a double axel but boy did she have glorious posture, I'll survive Efimova.

Oh, definitely. Neither GoluGM nor PavSvia have come close to that score this season. It's going to come down to how KamOShea skate.

That could be really dangerous to the skaters, esp when they're coming out of spins and locking eyes with something in the arena to settle their equilibrium.

I don't think it's moving any more than people in the audience are the whole time or the cameras

I know that realistically only the last eight pairs are in contention for medals, but the in-arena announcer saying "the race for the championship starts next" is kind of insulting to all of the teams who skated before this.

Yes, but they have the advantage of a lead over teams that usually score about 5-10 pts lower even when KamOShea are having a bad day & the other teams have a great day.

Blommaert had very bad taste in his girlfriends who were all jealous of his partners. But she does have Russian posture which makes those lifts divine as nobody does them better than Russian pair girls. And, that's true about the jumps and American teams.

Blommaert blamed most of his breakups on his jealous girlfriend but I heard they had broken up by the time he paired with Alisa. But Alisa still got dumped abruptly. Ruben could have just been using the girlfriend as an excuse to act flighty.
