It's the same bedsheet ex they've been doing since they got married that everyone hates, but I kind of love.

And .... I still don't understand it.Unfortunately, or perhaps fortunately, it's not the same. They've had this program since last spring.
Yes, it's a nice program & I don't mind it, but I'm over it, lol.I think it’s beautiful but I’m so tired of it
For some reason I'm expecting (hoping for?) a random rap break at some point.Oh no, Ilia caught Warhorse Fever! He's the last person I would have expected to skate to To Build a Home.
If I recall, this is a relatively new exhibition for him at least? I don't remember seeing it before, and I've watched a lot of exhibitions this season.Oh no, Ilia caught Warhorse Fever! He's the last person I would have expected to skate to To Build a Home.
LOL. Nope! We get Adam-inspired mid-program dying on ice!For some reason I'm expecting (hoping for?) a random rap break at some point.
This article from the NYT about his win probably gives some context -Why is he crying?

Ilia Malinin Seized the Moment. But First He Had to Get Back on His Feet.
On Saturday the U.S. figure skating star became the men’s world champion for the second straight year. To get there, he had to channel his grief over losing fellow skaters in January’s D.C. plane crash.www.nytimes.com
It was lovely..If you’re not watching this gala, you need to find Ilia’s performance later. Good God, if he even put 10% of that quality into his free skates….
He’s absolutely brilliant outside the constraints of the free skate rules.
TY so much for the article..Would you mind if I share it on X?This article from the NYT about his win probably gives some context -

Love them as well!Hase/Volodin are gorgeous. I wish they had won, but the razor-thin margin should keep them ultra motivated next season.
